Analysis of extracurricular activities: structure and recommendations
Any educational process involves evaluating the effectiveness of the work. To monitor the appropriateness and effectiveness of measures taken in this direction allows analysis of extra-curricular activities. It is conducted by members of the administration, reviewers or colleagues.
In any educational institution there is a form of such an analysis that will allow to objectively track as much as possible whether the activity corresponds to the goals and tasks of educational work. This section specifies the data of the teacher or tutor who conducts the activity, as well as the data of the examining or present person. Implementation of an individual approach
This section assesses the preparation of children: their initiative, the opportunity to demonstrate the creative abilities and skills acquired in the process of education or upbringing. Analysis of the out-of-class educational activity should allow to track the degree of preparation not only of the teacher, but also of the participants. Also taken into account the number of children involved and the organization of favorable conditions for their self-realization.
This block should contain information on compliance with the timeframe of the event and the logical alternation of its main stages. Analysis of extra-curricular activities must contain such information, as it allows to assess the level of the teacher's mastery of basic pedagogical skills.

This section defines the style of pedagogical communication with the children's audience and the level of the teacher's mastery of pedagogical technologies. In modern pedagogy, there is a wide variety of traditional and innovative technologies that make it possible to achieve the goals and objectives set out in the preparation for the event as accurately as possible.
Recommendations
Here, the examiner should indicate the positive and negative aspects of the event, as well as offer specific recommendations. The teacher must necessarily be introduced to this section of analysis for his choice of an individual trajectory of self-education in the future. The analysis of extra-curricular activities must necessarily be verified by an examiner and a teacher.
