Case "Novosibirskenergo"

In 2000, the law enforcement agencies were interested in the interactions between ORTEK and the Novosibirsk region. They instituted criminal proceedings against the then Governor Mukha. Then the company's management was accused of understating the amount of electricity transmitted through the networks to Novosibirskoblenergo. The conflict between OGK-2 and E4

It originated in early 2009. OGK-2 accused the E4 of defaulting on the contract for the construction of two combined-cycle power units of the Stavropol GRES. To this, E4 was told that construction is not carried out at the request of OGK-2, and they can return part of the prepayment. Debt to E4

In the autumn, the Group's employees showed Abyzov, who had declared several apartments in Italy, Russia and the United Kingdom by that time, demanding the repayment of accumulated debts on wages, the amount of which was already more than 100 million rubles.
