A recipe for potatoes with meat

The recipe for potatoes with meat, proposed here, is just one of hundreds of different recipes. Your attention will be offered the following options: potatoes with meat in a pressure cooker and potatoes with meat and mushrooms. Each housewife has little secrets of how to achieve the perfect combination of "taste-flavor". I share my secrets.

You will need: potatoes (600-700 gr.), Meat (pork, 300-350 gr.), Vegetable oil (preferably olive, but can also be sunflower odorless, 1/3 cup), onion (one bulb is large or two Small, about 100 gr.), Carrots (two medium), salt and white ground pepper.

Mine meat and cut into cubes (about 3 by 3 cm, this is already at personal discretion). We pour the vegetable oil into the already heated frying pan and lay out the chopped meat. Fry over medium heat until a barely noticeable ruddy crust appears. While the meat is fried, we clean the carrots and rub it on a large grater. As soon as the meat starts to be fried, add already grated carrots and fry for another three to four minutes.

We brush the potatoes and cut it into cubes, equal in size to pieces of meat, washed and put into a pressure cooker. From above place slightly roasted meat with carrots.

Now the turn of the onion. We clean it, mine and cut it in the same cubes, we send it to the pressure cooker after the potatoes, meat and carrots. As one of their options for those who do not like pieces of onions, I can advise cutting the bulb in half, and then just remove these halves from the ready-made dish. Onions are needed for flavoring. Add salt with ground pepper, a little water (it should equal the level of the potatoes already laid), close the pressure cooker and stew until cooked. Readiness is determined by the beginner to boil the potatoes.
This recipe for potatoes with meat is also suitable for normal cooking, without using a pressure cooker, the taste of the prepared dish will not be affected at all, only the cooking time will slightly increase.

You will need: beef (pork, lamb, chicken, 750-800 gr.), Cream butter (not spread, 50-60 gr.), Vegetable oil refined (70 gr.), Flour (1.5 tablespoons) , Cream (110-120 gr.), Medium-sized onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, potatoes (1 kg), mushrooms (champignons, 100-150 gr.), Salt and ground white pepper, bay leaves (half) and Cloves.

My meat, cut into pieces and fry, using vegetable oil. We put it into a saucepan. Frying pan and put again on the fire. Cut slices or pieces of mushrooms and onions and fry everything in butter. We combine with meat. Peeled potatoes cut into cubes, put into a saucepan. In cream, we brew the flour and also pour it into the pan. Add salt, garlic and pepper. Stew until cooked, as indicated in the first recipe. This recipe of potatoes with meat and mushrooms for those who prefer to cook in the usual way, but you can try and in a pressure cooker.

Another very easy recipe for potatoes with meat and mushrooms. It is prepared quickly and simply. Very suitable for those who have an acute shortage of time, and taste delicious yet you want.

For this you need: potatoes (0.5 kg), meat (pork or chicken, 300 grams), butter (100 grams), onion (100 grams), cream or fatty milk (100-120 g. ), Mushrooms (champignons, 150 gr.), Pepper ground white or black, salt. Ingredients and their weight are given conditionally, you can fantasize. From the fact that there will be a little more meat or butter, it will not get any worse.

We clean potatoes and onions. We cut onions, potatoes, mushrooms and meat into cubes and fry in butter until half cooked. Spread into a saucepan, pour milk or cream, salt, add pepper and stew for 15 minutes, readiness is determined by the softness of the meat.

The proposed recipes have much in common, but differ greatly in taste and aroma. Do not be afraid to experiment. The dish in which the soul is enclosed, it is impossible to spoil!
