To purchase a subsidy, starting entrepreneurs will need to collect a certain regulated package of documents and return it to the relevant commission. The latter should consider this application and make its decision. As a rule, the head of the administration accepts it. Then, in case of a positive verdict, between the administration of the settlement and directly by the entrepreneur himself, an agreement is concluded on granting the subsidy, in which force majeure circumstances, payment conditions, etc., are prescribed in the most detailed manner.
