In September 2015, the first release of the popular for the whole country musical show "Golos" (4 season) was released on the screens. Comments on the new mentors, whose names were kept secret until a certain point, turned out to be the most diverse. This is not surprising: for the past three years, viewers have managed to get used to the permanent four members of the jury. This time the three turned out to be completely new people whose style and teaching abilities are not yet clear.

Why were the mentors changed?

There are several reasons why the mentors of the fourth season of the show "Golos" were replaced. Only one thing is certain: it was the decision of the producer of Channel One, Konstantin Ernst. But what inspired him to take such drastic measures?

The first and most obvious reason is the desire to expand the audience of the program and thereby improve the rating of the show. Undoubtedly, the management of the channel placed high hopes on the new composition of the mentors. "Voice" (season 4) - the show is extraordinary and full of surprises, so the change of the judging team became a surprise for the audience. Grigory Leps

The style of performance of this native of Sochi can be called "restaurant", which is not surprising. Grigory Leps began his career as many singers in the resort area - with the execution of popular hits in cafes and restaurants. However, the time has come, and this talented performer decided: it's time to move on, namely, to Moscow.

The capital did not immediately accept the newcomer, and his path to the starry Olympus was thorny. Thanks to diligence and patience, a great desire to achieve success, and most importantly to outstanding performing skills, now Grigory Leps became one of the most famous and brightest stars on the Russian pop horizon.

Many spectators predicted Leps to be mentors of the fourth season of the show "Golos", because he already had experience of participating in such a project - the music show "The Main Stage" on the "Russia" TV channel.

Quite interesting and controversial was the method of work of Gregory Leps. The singer almost never looked at the stage during performances and trusted only his intuition and impression of the contestants' votes. At times it seemed that he was not even interested in what was happening, but still his remarks (sometimes expressed in an impolite and even rude tone) turned out to be very appropriate and helped the young performers. In addition, the team recruited by Grigory Leps turned out to be one of the strongest, along with the Gradsky team.

Vasily Vakulenko (Basta)

The choice of this young rapper in the new mentors of the show "The Voice" (season 4) was an unexpected and controversial decision by the producers.

Basta is not ambitious at all and does not plan to occupy a high place on the musical Olympus. It was with his modesty and simplicity that he soon settled the hearts of even those viewers who had never been interested in Russian rap and did not even hear his name.

During the selection rounds Basil mainly paid attention to the personality of the performer, his charisma. Bastu was very interested in what it cost to each of the participants to hit the show "The Voice." This talented girl with a strong voice won popularity at a young age, when she became the winner of the second season of the music competition "Star Factory". The authority of Alexander Borisovich Gradsky is not in anyone's doubts, although some viewers favored the change of a man whose wards had won for three consecutive years. Others, on the contrary, admitted that only because of his presence they continue to watch the show.

Sharp judgments and cheeky manners of Grigory Leps initially provoked negative reviews on the web. His behavior was considered by many to be boorish, especially the habit of interrupting performers and colleagues in the project. However, it soon became clear that such contradictory methods bear fruit, and Leps knows his business well.

The openness, sincerity and modesty of Vasily Vakulenko made the audience feel warm for him and, from the very first release of the show, responded positively.

The accidental or intentional similarity of Polina Gagarina with the previous mentor, Pelageya, played a cruel joke on the girl. Most viewers compare these two singers not in favor of Gagarin, considering it too insincere, even mannered.
