An apple is a person's life, a symbol of his spiritual path. His life begins with a small green fetus, then grows, becomes filled with juice, becomes rosy. Similarly, a person comes to spiritual maturity over the years. On this day, congratulations with the Apple Savior were heard from all sides, and congratulated each other not only relatives and friends, but also completely unfamiliar people.

The Savior of the Apple is the breath of the coming autumn. According to popular signs, it is believed that if August 19 will be rainy, then the whole autumn will be the same. The Apple Savior is an occasion to treat an apple to an unknown, helpless, needy person - it has always been considered a pious business. Believers refer apples to the graves of their close relatives.
