Human chakras, their significance is a topic that has always aroused keen interest among people who are fond of everything connected with mysticism and self-knowledge. The very definition of the chakras came to us from the experience of Hindu spiritual practitioners, according to which, these are the centers of consciousness and force located in the inner bodies of man. Modern Hindus believe that different chakras are related to different glands and nervous plexuses.

1. Muldahara

2. Svadhistana

Considering the human chakras, their meaning, they tend to pay special attention. Approximate location - between the top of the pubic bone and the navel (usually 2-3 cm below the navel). The Swadhistan is associated with the element of Water and orange color. And she is responsible for the pleasure, the ability to enjoy life, the formation and disclosure of sexual and creative energy.

3. Manipura

Many wonder where the chakras of a person are, responsible for self-control, will power, development and stability with respect to influences from outside. Located in the solar plexus of Manipura connects all the other chakras with each other. Its original color is yellow.

4. Anahata

Anahata (as it is also called - the heart chakra) unites the soul of man and his ego. Its colors are green and pink. Anahata is responsible for a sense of inner harmony, love for oneself and surrounding people, compassion and the ability to forgive. This chakra is located in the middle of the sternum, that is, in the region of the heart, which explains its name.

5. Vishudha

The next thing to be said about the human chakras, their significance and other aspects is about the fifth chakra, Vishuddha, located in the throat area. Comparing with the sky-blue color, it allows you to reveal your potential, not hesitating, express yourself, manifest your real "I".

6. Ajna

This chakra is especially interesting in that it makes it possible to abandon the real everyday world and find a thread of connection with the universe, expand its outlook and system of personal values. It is here that the so-called consciousness of the observer develops. This chakra has been associated with intuition and the development of the "third eye" since ancient times. The color of the chakra is blue, and it is, as you have already guessed, between the eyebrows, that is, in the middle of the forehead.

7. Sahasrara

The seven chakras of man are closed, one more, located in the region of the crown. Its colors are white and purple. Sahasrara is the center of enlightenment and enlightenment, the purest cosmic energy.
