Extremely easy to prepare and at the same time tasty is the recipe for a simple omelet, which can be cooked in a matter of minutes. Today there are many variants of omelettes, however the most actual is exactly that dish, which is prepared according to the simplest recipe.

Initially, you should pay attention to the strict observance of the proportions of ingredients, which contains an omelet. The recipe is simple, but the result will please you even if you do not consider yourself a master of cooking. To begin with, you should prepare eggs, for example, three to four eggs will suffice for a standard serving for two people, which should be broken into one bowl. The second necessary component of the dish is milk. Only in this way the simplest omelet in the frying pan will turn out to be magnificent, airy and unusually tasty. The ratio of milk and eggs should be approximately the same in quantity and volume of liquid, "measure" it can be by eye.

Do not immediately mix the ingredients, because first you need to beat the eggs. It should be noted that whipping them, if you follow the recipe for a simple omelet, should only be a whisk, a mixer for this purpose is not suitable. After the yolks are mixed with proteins, the milk prepared beforehand (preferably room temperature) should be added to the egg mass and mixed. After mixing into the future dish, you can add spices and salt. The recipe for a simple omelette allows the use of additional seasonings, for example, fresh or dried greens, as well as pepper to taste.

After the preparation for the future dish is ready, you should decide exactly where you plan to make an omelet. The traditional classic option is the recipe for a simple omelette in a frying pan, but in this case you may not get the "puffiness" effect on which you counted. To make the egg dish high and airy, you should prepare it in the oven. To do this, it is necessary to initially lubricate the non-stick shape with butter (cream or vegetable), and also preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. The choice of form should be carried out from the principle - the smaller it is, the higher the omelet. Bake a mixture of eggs and milk in the oven for about half an hour at a temperature of 180 to 200 degrees. Do not constantly check the omelet for readiness, it's enough just to notice half an hour. To achieve a greater "baked" effect, you can cover the mold with a mixture of foil. This will prevent the appearance of a roast crust on the surface of the dish, if you do not want this effect. For fans of additional ingredients, it is possible to add some ingredients, for example, five minutes before the end of the half-hour, designed for baking, you can sprinkle the surface of the egg dish with grated cheese. Serve the omelet to the table with various sauces and vegetable side dishes.
