Rarely occurring adverse reactions include diarrhea, increased fatigue, vaginal candidiasis, skin rashes.

The medication should be started on the first or fifth day of the cycle (depending on the type of medication used: 2, 3 or monophasic). Dosage - one tablet a day. The course is twenty-one days followed by a seven-day break.
