The "Loceril" medication is a medicinal antifungal drug intended for external use. It destroys the spores of pathogenic fungi, changing their cell membrane. This pharmaceutical agent is produced in the form of a solution.

In the drug "Loceril" instruction for use indicates that the active substance amorolfin, the constituent of the drug, penetrates into the plate and the nail bed during the day. Its effect on the affected area persists for seven days after the first application. Absorption of amorolfin is insignificant, its level in plasma is quite low.

Dosage

- the nail plate should be degreased with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol solution;

- apply the solution to the entire affected area with the supplied spatula and allow it to dry (no more than three minutes);

- this procedure should be applied to every "sick" nail.

In order not to provoke the spread of fungus, it is necessary to observe the following measures:

- taking out the spatula from the bottle, it is advisable not to touch its neck;

- a jar with a solution and a brush after each use it is necessary to wipe with a wadded disk soaked in alcohol;

- It is recommended to avoid contact of the processed nails with a disinfecting swab.

Side effect

In some cases, a burning sensation may occur.

Contraindications to the use of the drug "Loceril"

The instructions for use prohibit the use of this medication by pregnant and lactating women, children, as well as persons suffering from hypersensitivity to its components.

Special requirements

The fillets that were used in the treatment of nail -affected nails are not recommended for treating healthy ones.
