Stone path: preparation

Before you start laying, you should stock up on the necessary amount of sandstone. To make the stone track look attractive, you do not need to apply the same fragments. Use stones of different sizes better, the main thing is that their width is different. At the same time, the shape of the stone does not really matter.

Select stones should be so that between their edges the gap was about 2 cm. Large stones will hold better, therefore, we lay them on the sides, in the middle - small. In order to keep all the elements of the masonry better, they should have a wide side from below. If between the edges of two neighboring stones the upper distance is greater than the lower one, they will not fall out of the masonry. Once all the stones are fitted and neatly laid, it is worth starting to concrete.

We return to the place a stone and begin to rub it, pressing a little from above. If it still staggers, add sand and again do the previous procedure. As soon as the stone has settled firmly, gently remove it and pour a mixture of sand and cement around the edges. Install the stone in place and again grind it. As soon as we lay out all the sandstone, we pour the edges of our already almost finished track with concrete, while the width of this edging should be about 10 centimeters.

The main advantage of this method is that the stones after pouring with water become completely clean and will look attractive.
