"Spice Gerles": the composition of the legendary band and the success story

A real phenomenon in the history of modern music! Spice Girls is the most famous women's band, which has millions of fans around the world. Its participants combine mind and beauty, kindness and fun, inexhaustible energy and a sense of style. The group "Spice Gerls", whose composition was formed not immediately, broke into the scene of Great Britain in the distant 1996. Her calling card was a special style and the phrase "Girl Power". Literally a year later, the girls started talking about them all over the world, comparing them with the legendary Beatles.

Interestingly, the composition of the Spice Gerles group was different at first. Bob and Chris Herbert, father and son, decided to create a girlish band, as men's groups were confidently running on the scenes. Experts immediately predicted their failure, but it was not there. Approximately in 1993 there was a casting, which was attended by about seven hundred applicants. After the auditions, the producers selected four girls: Victoria Adams, Melanie Chissom, Michelle Stevenson and Melanie Brown. The role of the fifth vocalist was invited by Jeri Halliwell. However, "Spice Gerls", the composition of which is given above, was called in another way: Touch. The girls got acquainted, learned to sing together, danced, prepared for future performances. However, the team immediately did not like that the producers give them ready-made songs, put on dances. They all wanted to do it themselves.

In seven months Michelle left, and she was replaced by Ebigail Kees, who also left the group in a month. So among the "pepper" appeared seventeen-year-old Emma Lee Banton, who recommended the teacher of singing. So, it was the beginning of a new stage of the band, which was still not called "Spice Girls". The composition was formed, and a new name came up with Jerry and Melanie Si. In 1994, the girls retired, but again came together to conquer the world with their own creations.

Soloists "Spice Guilds" became wards of the well-known producer Simon Fuller, who concluded several beneficial contracts for them and literally pulled them onto the starry Olympus. In June 1996, the British MTV channel showed Wannabe, which reached the top of the hit parade for a month and stayed there for seven weeks. Then everything was as if in a fairy tale: interest in the group sharply increases, it is popular and popular. Concerts, new songs and clips, a tour of Europe and the world were accompanied by different awards. In 1998, America fell at the feet of "peppercorns".

Hard work, and, maybe, starry illness of participants, affected their well-coordinated team. The Magnificent Five turned into a four, as Jeri Halliwell left, or Ginger Spice. For the fans of the "Spice Gerles", the composition of which was impoverished, it was a tragedy: the young girls took their lives and wept all night long. But the band did not disappear from the scene, but pleased the fans with new hits and terrific shows.

However, over time, the girls began to marry, become mothers. Time for the group remained less, especially as some participants began to think about a solo career (Mel B and Mel C). Posch Spice (aka Vicki Adams) became a model and designer, and Emma - a TV presenter. It would seem that the triumphal procession of Spice Girls is over, but during the London Olympics in 2012 they performed in front of the audience in the same composition. Fans immediately started talking about the reunion of "peppercorns". Why not?
