Solntsevskaya and Kurgan OPG: crimes and punishment

The criminal group is a stable organized community of individuals united in advance. Their goal is to commit one or more acts.

The main features of an organized criminal group stem from the very notion of stability and the association of individuals in the community. What does it mean? The sign of sustainability can be expressed in the common intention of uniting people for the purpose of committing one or several crimes, careful preparation for an illegal act - preparation of means, tools, etc.

The sign of the association of persons into a group is expressed in the distribution of roles between its members, hierarchy, subordination and discipline.

Solntsevo organized criminal grouping

The Solntsevo group was one of the most influential communities in the criminal world of Moscow. Under her control was a large part of enterprises and firms in the south-west and west of the capital. The group consisted of dozens of people, and its connections extended to different levels of government, including law enforcement agencies and State Duma deputies.

Solntsevo OPG had a well-organized organized structure with a single criminal center, headed by Sergei Anatolyevich Mikhailov, nicknamed Mikhas. Getting more than once in the hands of law enforcement agencies, this man tried not to advertise himself in any way. Therefore, the practical leadership of the group was transferred to the hands of the two brothers Averiny, Victor and Alexander.

The key area of OPG is the control of credit and financial institutions.

History of creation

Solntsevo OPG was established on the territory of Moscow, in Solntsevo district. From there the name also went.

The brigade itself was formed in the late seventies - early eighties. The leader and the creator of the group was Mikhailov (Mikhas). In the nineties, the brigade began to be called Solntsevskaya.

The other organizers of the group were the brothers Averina, Fedulov Alexander (Fedul). All of them in the past were employees of the service sector.

The activity of the group began with the control of thimblers. Then their sphere of influence spread to the South-West and Gagarin districts of Moscow, the Olympic Village.

In the late eighties, Chertanovskaya, Yasenevskaya and Cheremushkinskaya organized criminal groups entered the brigade.

Later, the Orekhovo-Solntsevskaya Brigade was formed, headed by Sergei Timofeev (Sylvester), who was one of the authorities of the "Solntsevo" and leader of the "nut". The groupings waged war against Chechens, called "peaks". The arrest of Mikhas affected the fact that the team left the "nut", and the "Solntsevo" divided into several communities, the leaders of which were killed in the early nineties.

Coming out in the early nineties from prison, Vyacheslav Ivankov (Japonchik), being an authority in criminal circles and an opponent of the Caucasians, helped members of the remaining group in the fight against the "peak".

Already almost a year after that, the leader of the "Solntsevsky" himself, Mikhas, was released.

Areas of activity

Solntsevskaya OPG knowingly chose for its criminal activities the southwest of the capital. Airports Domodedovo and Vnukovo, Paveletsky, Kiev and Belorussky railway stations are all concentrated in this area. Citizens of the North Caucasus and southern regions of the country came to these stations and airports of the capital.

In the south-west was the largest car market, including illegal trade in stolen cars, as well as auto parts for them.

The clothing markets of Moscow - Kyiv, Luzhniki, Cheremushkinsky, Danilovsky, Radisson Slavyanskaya, Kosmos and Tourist House, banks, private transportation in Vnukovo and Kievsky Station, sports facilities, car market in Solntsevo, all clothing bazaars, Also located in the South-West region, fell under the control of the "Solntsevo". Including, it is a question of persons engaged in drug trafficking and prostitution.

Expanding the scope of activities, an organized criminal group engaged in the sale of weapons, drugs and cars, extortion, smuggling, murder and kidnapping, prostitution. The money received in this way was invested in financial transactions, hotel and restaurant business, land, real estate, enterprises, etc.

In addition to the south-western direction, Solntsevo OPG took control of Odintsovo, Vidnovsky and Pushkin districts of the capital.

The brigade leaders traveled abroad to establish new contacts in the mafia environment. They established contacts with the authorities of the provincial cities of the country, cooperated with other organizations that neglected the law. All the issues concerning the division of spheres of influence and territories by criminal groups were settled, basically, by peaceful means.

Solntsevskaya brigade also had close contact with law enforcement agencies. The leaders of the group even engaged in collecting dirt on the leaders of these structures.

Leaders of the grouping

The leader of the entire Solntsevskaya brigade was Mikhaylov Sergey Anatolievich (Mikhas). His right hand was Victor Averin (senior).

Obligations were clearly distributed. In Vnukovo autogas controlled by A. Gerasimov (Smoked), the Vietnamese community - Shapovalov. The technical center in Kuntsevo, several Odintsovo commercial enterprises, Motel "Mozhaisk" supervised VI. Money (Khokhol). Commercial structures, banks and the "Moscow industrial auto-works combine" were controlled by Dmitry Baranovsky (Dima Bely). Responsible for "obshchak" and communication with law enforcement agencies was Semen Shorin (Evsei). Jamal Khachidze (Jemal) was the judge, arbiter and mentor of the members of the group. Responsible for working with banks, Solntsevsky and Kuntsevsky car market, Mercedes and Volvo centers was Anisimov Anatoly (Budel). The treasurer of the group was Yuri Denisov. Theft of motor vehicles was controlled by Nadir. The gambling business of casinos and hotels, furniture stores was overseen by Andrey Skrylev. The house of furniture is Nikonov (father Nikon). The gambling business in Vnukovo was controlled by Viktor Zavanishin. Anatoly Nuriyev, being the vice-president of JSC Ochakovo, provided maintenance stations for storing and interrupting the numbers of stolen cars.

Crime and Punishment

The first time the leader of the "Solntsevo" Mikhailov was involved in 1984 for extorting public and state property and for knowingly false denunciation. The first conviction appeared in 1989 for extortion. In prison, more precisely, the remand prison, he was in twenty-six years for theft. Six months (while the investigation was underway) he was in jail. Then he received a three-year suspended sentence.

Having more than one previous conviction, Mikhailov knew that he would not have a prestigious job. Thanks to the title of "candidate for master of sports in the classical struggle," Mikhas and his friend Averin Victor have united local youth around themselves. In this company there was also accused earlier in murder and released because of a recognition in irresponsibility E.Ljustarnov (Sancho Panza).

In the late eighties, Mikhas and Sylvester (Sergei Timofeev) controlled several dozen commercial structures. And soon they, Averin, Sancho Panza were arrested for extorting cars and money. Almost two years later the case collapsed, as all the witnesses were intimidated and refused to testify. Accusations were dropped from the whole company.

In late 1993, the leader of the Solntsevo and several members of his group were arrested on suspicion of complicity in the murder of the director of the Valerie casino. They also were engaged in the control of this institution. But in the evening of the same day all the detainees were released.

In 1993, to neutralize the Solntsevo group, who was engaged in racketeering at the airport, a special operation "Sunset" was conducted. About five hundred officers of law enforcement agencies took part in it. Due to the leakage of information, many OPG members fled. Among the detainees was Alexei Kataev - Cyclops - who controlled the financial pyramids.

About two years later Igor Dashdamirov, who was suspected of the murder of Vlad Listyev, was arrested.

Despite the pressure from the police, the strength of the group has been growing steadily since the early nineties.

In 1993, Mihas went to Israel, where he obtained the citizenship of this country. A year after his move, he left for Latin America and was appointed an honorary consul in Moscow. The Russian Foreign Ministry rejected the candidacy. By this time, Mikhas already received a diplomatic passport and became practically invulnerable. Soon he was removed from the post of honorary consul.

On suspicion of numerous bribes to law enforcement officials, the Prosecutor General's Office searched the apartment of Mikhas. There was found a certificate of an employee of the presidential administration of Russia, which gives great powers. Another document indicated that Mikhailov was a correspondent for CNN. It turned out that both certificates were forged.

Now Mihas and Averin live in Austria. According to lawyer Sergei Programov, they are law-abiding entrepreneurs and taxpayers.

Mihas has a stake in many foreign and domestic companies. He freely moves around the world. He was seen in France, the USA, Greece, Italy, etc.

Kurgan organized criminal grouping

Another story. Kurgan OPG (photo below) was formed in the early nineties. The brigade was actively seeking allies. The nut athletes with their leader Sylvester pulled up to them. He joined the group and A. Solonik - a well-known to all Russia killer. The group consisted of guys for dirty work (to frighten, to dislodge debts, etc.).

History of creation

The organized criminal group got its name because it was formed in the city of Kurgan. Earlier the brigade of growing future criminals was called Komsomolskaya. The group consisted only of undocumented persons with exemplary past, headed by a man with a higher education.

Tyrofeev was in charge of the Kurgan grouping. This is the leader of the Orekhovo OPG. Soon the godfather of the Kurgan people died, and Sergey Butorin (Osya) became the guardian of the group. The gang fought against the Koptevskaya and Bauman brigades.

Areas of activity

In order to seize the territories of the Bauman and Koptev factions, the Kurgan OPG actively waged war against members of these gangs. The brigade participated in the murder of their leaders, seized their lands and power.

During the active war with the Bauman group, the Kurgan OPG took possession of the "Harlequin" club, by killing their leaders.

Chapters

Leaders of the Kurgan OPG were the following persons:

1. Koligov Andrey - the think tank of the group, who in the past graduated from the Higher Military School.

2. Oleg Nelyubin - engaged in wrestling, was a former teacher of physical education. In the army he served as a sniper. He was the best marksman in the group and trained in the fighters.

3. Ignatov Vitaly graduated from the Physical Education Institute and supervised the process of squabbles and killer actions.

Crime and Punishment

Part of the "Kurgan" Solonica (Sasha of Macedon - the killer of the gang) managed to shoot two leaders of the Baumanovsky OPG - Globus and Bobon. After that he got to prison, he ran away from there. He was shot in Greece. Switching to Koptevskaya OPG, the Kurgan people killed two brothers, the leaders of the group - Vasily and Alexander Naumov - and several dozen members of the gang. But the operatives managed to prove only seven episodes.

The Kurgan OPG provoked a bloodbath. And it flared up on the territory of Moscow. This led to the fact that in the jail cell were the leaders of the group - Nelyubin, Pavel Zelenin, Andrei Koligov and several members of the gang. From the leaders to the court lived one Koligov. The second two died under mysterious circumstances in the SIZO. Ignatov could not be caught. He was wanted.

During the investigation it was found out that the Kurgan ones were characterized by cruel reprisals not only with their enemies, but also with members of the group, who were actively killed shortly before the arrest.

The announcement of the verdict in the case of the organized crime group lasted two days and took eight hours. Koligov received the longest period of twenty-four years and six months. Eight people deserve from twelve to twenty years. Actively assisted the investigation Kobezkov M. received the shortest period - seven years, Yu Polkovnikov, who is on the run, received a term in absentia. Such a punishment was incurred by the Kurgan OPG. Eleven convicted persons received a total term of imprisonment of about two hundred years.

Organized crime in Russia

Now in the Russian Federation there is a tendency towards the growth of organized crime, despite the apparent struggle with it of law enforcement agencies. There are more than a dozen major gangs that control economic as well as political processes.

Organized crime in Russia is actively developing, mastering new types of atrocities. And this indicates a low effectiveness of law enforcement agencies.
