Semantic core - the basis for creating and filling the site

Any site is created in order to attract visitors to it. And although the goals and purposes for different resources differ, the ways of their promotion remain the same. Most often, the site is promoted using articles that use keywords. To write them correctly, you need to know what requests you will receive visitors. The list of all queries on which the Internet resource will be promoted is the semantic core. This list should fully and accurately reflect the theme of your site, its direction and activities.

The compilation of the semantic core is the basis of the site. Based on the results of keyword analysis , sections are developed and created, articles are written and published for them. The number of targeted visitors, the success of the site and its position in the issuance, and, hence, the increase in profitability and rating, depends on how accurately and competently the list of requests is made up.

Correctly compiled semantic core of the site will allow to minimize advertising costs: their use will be narrowly focused, and therefore effective.

In order to compose a semantic core, usually use the services of popular search engines: Yandex, Google, Rambler. Working with each of them has its own nuances and features, but the essence remains the same: select the queries that most closely correspond to the directions of your work (the topic of the site, each of the pages). If at the very beginning you missed some important keywords - it's not a matter of principle. In the process you will see what is missing. It threatens with additional volumes of work, but it is impossible to do everything thoroughly from the first time to almost anyone.

If your list has turned out to be very long, look at the number of requests with an exact entry for each of them. Remove the most unpopular, irrelevant or overly popular. If you do not get rid of them, then you can just waste time. Such popular requests They are also called high-frequency ones. To promote on them a site is too expensive and long: the competition is very high. The most optimal option: medium- and low-frequency queries. Some prefer promotion exclusively for low frequency. Then only them are left on the list.

Progress on low-frequency requests is the most reliable method. If you compiled the semantic core on the midrange (usually 5-6), then a decrease in the popularity of one of them can strongly affect the traffic to the site, and the replacement of the key phrase will entail a multi-day intensified work. If the site has a large semantic core, consisting of low-frequency queries (they can be even a hundred or more - depending on the subject matter), then the "take-off" of two or three, and even five, will not particularly affect the number of visitors. Yes, and find a replacement for such lost keys is easier.

In general, from the approach that you choose to promote the site, the size of the semantic kernel depends on what keys you will filter out. In any case, do this work carefully.
