After the material has dried, it is processed using sandpaper. The resulting surface is wiped with turpentine, applied to a soft cloth.

To form an even plane without any flaws on the primer, shellac is distributed, previously diluted with a solvent in a ratio of 1: 1. Further processing with paper and turpentine is repeated.

Before applying the paint, it can be diluted to a liquid consistency for a more thorough distribution. After it has dried, the surface is peeled and covered with the desired composition.

Repair and restoration of wooden furniture

Homemade or finished putty is used for processing of separated wood fibers, cracks and minor damages. The composition is distributed in such a way that the defects are completely filled, with a small protrusion above the surface, which will equalize when dried. Then the refurbished section is ground.
