To accommodate guests in the central boarding house Chaika (Lazarevskoye), there are 154 rooms in three- and four-story buildings. There are two-, three- and four-bed apartments. All rooms have the necessary furniture for comfortable living (single and double beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs, bedside tables), TV and a small refrigerator. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Many rooms have air conditioning. Also one-storey wooden houses without conveniences are available for living.

The housing fund of the Chaika branch was built only in 2014. These are completely new buildings, which are made according to the cottage type. Room facilities are exactly the same as in the central boarding house. True, modern furniture, and beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses. LCD TVs and safes are installed. All rooms have a split system and an equipped bathroom with a shower. Private balconies only on the second floor. On the first there is only a common terrace.

Prices in the boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) start from 2500 rubles per day and depend not only on the category of rooms and buildings, but also on the month of settlement. For example, living in a new room of the standard type (as in the photo above) in July will cost 3000 rubles per knock.

Services and services provided at the recreation center

The cost of living in the central boarding house Chaika (Lazarevskoye) includes:

• Use of a guarded car park (by prior arrangement, since it is designed for a limited number of cars);

Also on the territory of the boarding house "Chaika" (Lazarevskoye) there is a café and a bar, where you can enjoy excellent snacks, salads, first and second dishes, shish kebab, desserts, as well as a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The Olesya branch also has a canteen. True, they offer two meals a day worth about 500 rubles per day. In addition, you can visit a small cafe with a varied menu.

Entertainment on the territory of the boarding house and beyond

Holidaymakers in the tourist center "Seagull" (Lazarevskoe) offer two pebbly beaches: the city and its own. The first is 200 meters away, and the second one at a distance of 1 km. Private beach is equipped with sun loungers and awnings. Guests are attracted by water activities: slides, bananas, scooters, catamarans, boats and much more.

At the tourist base "Chaika" there is an excellent sports ground where you can play football, volleyball, basketball or table tennis.

Every evening a disco is organized for the guests.

In the boarding house "Olesya" there is also a small swimming pool.
