Now peel the onion and cut it with rings. Heat the cauldron again with butter and place the onion in it, which you need to fry until golden brown. Now we put the meat in the cauldron again and cook it with the onion, while stirring all the time. Carrot cut into strips and mix with meat and onions. Fry the meat with vegetables for 14 minutes. Then reduce the heat and pour hot water into the cauldron, preferably boiled. Now add a couple of pods of red pepper and rice. Bring to a boil, simmer under a closed lid for 45 minutes. Also add a spoonful of table salt, place the uncooked head of garlic and pour in more water. It should be noted that the amount of water should cover the rice by 1.5 cm. Then increase the heat, bring to a boil and immediately reduce it. Pilaf must be cooked on low heat.
