  • A celery root weighing 400 g;
  • Red grapes weighing 100 g;
  • Walnuts (pecans) - 20 g;
  • Salt, ground pepper.

Root celery in this salad can not be much. This is an excellent opportunity to prepare a quick, light and delicious dish, demonstrating the wonderful taste of the main ingredient. Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. L. Dijon mustard and white wine vinegar;
  • Salt, lemon juice;
  • Half a clove of garlic;
  • A spoonful of olive oil;
  • Root celery - 1 piece;
  • Fennel root - 1 piece;
  • Green apples - 1 pc.

The recipe for root celery with apples and hazelnut oil guarantees an original and completely unusual taste of the prepared dish. Prepare this salad. To begin with, mix vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic and mustard in the container. While whipping, slowly pour oil from hazelnut and olives. Green apple, celery root and fennel thinly cut into strips. Put in a dish. Top with a prepared sauce of oils and mix. Slightly sprinkle the salad with hazelnut oil and serve to the table.

Salad of chicken fillet

To prepare 3 portions of the original salad you will need:

  • Chicken fillet - 160 g;
  • Celery root - 120 g;
  • Champignons weighing 60 g;
  • Pickled cucumbers - 20 g;
  • Mayonnaise - 60 g;
  • Mustard - 10 g;
  • salt.
