Project Professional

In early December 2011, the program of the information-analytical agency "Social Aspect" was completed in Moscow. Its essence consisted in conducting a series of trainings and consultations aimed at facilitating the employment of young people. The project was called "Professional" and was conducted with the support of the Department of Family and Youth Policy in Moscow.

In addition to the annual "potato" trips, "skits" in the hostel and a scholarship to live on, Soviet students also knew about such a social good as distribution. In the times of the past era, the labor distribution of young specialists was compulsory. Nowadays it is not every student who can get the job in this way: the state is not able to fully provide jobs to all young specialists. Often in the search for a job, a modern graduate can only rely on himself, hence - all sorts of difficulties and questions without answers when finding a job.
The project "Professional", initiated by the Information and Analytical Agency "Social Aspect", aimed to assist young people in choosing the most suitable professions, orienting in the labor market, and finding jobs.
About six thousand young people between the ages of fourteen and twenty-three were involved in the project. Students of Moscow schools, students of higher education institutions and secondary vocational schools have postponed the events of an important social project held in Moscow.
Specially for the young participants of the project "Professional", a manual "Professional choice" was developed, the purpose of its creation is to help in career and professional self-determination for young specialists. The publication contains a large number of interesting tests for vocational guidance.
The brochure "The First Steps of the Careerist", also compiled for the realization of the objectives of the "Professional" project, gave young people answers to the most pressing questions about finding a job.
Both editions were distributed among young people.
