Even if you removed the worm, washed and fried the meat, there is always a risk that the eggs of the parasite will remain on your hands, clothes, cutlery, which, when you first enter the human body, will be transformed into larvae. Repeated infection threatens with the fact that a long tapeworm will settle in the intestine. Pelter fish, although less dangerous than beef and pork, is still its source. Eating or not eating is up to you.
How to protect yourself from a tapeworm parasite?
Doctors recommend always roasting and boiling meat. At home, it is easy, but a trip to nature with shish kebabs can lead to infection. It is highly undesirable to eat meat "with blood", it is better to keep it on fire than to get a "reward" in the form of helminths. Care should be taken to smoke the fish. If there is a suspicion of worms, then such a product is not suitable for hot, and even more so for cold smoking.
