Night prayer. The time of night namaz. What is the name of the night prayer?

Do you know what night prayer is called? Everyone knows that Islamic worship can take on various forms, which directly depend on its time of completion. Prayer is also mutated according to the circumstances that accompany its events, on the occasion of which it is committed.

Most noticeably, the difference between the prayers in the number of rak'aats, which they include, although most of the prayers consist of two rakaats. The only worship that does not have the usual rak'aat is called funerary prayer (janaz). He is read standing, raising his hands to the sun and pronouncing between the molebns-dua takbir.

Isha

The night prayer is called "isha". This is a fourfold compulsory prayer, which begins to read after sunset (with the departure of the evening dawn) and finish at dawn. It is interesting, but many people believe that this service can be completed at midnight.

So, isha is one of the five daily obligatory prayers. The time of night namaz comes immediately after the completion of the Maghrib prayer and ends before the start of the morning prayer of the Fajr. In the Hanafi mazhab, išu is read an hour and a half after the evening prayer of the Maghrib.

The end of the divine service comes before the beginning of the morning prayer read. By the way, namaz night has auxiliary prayers. After reading the molebna-isha, it is recommended to perform an additional two-fold worship and prayer-witr.

Hadiths

  • Aisha told the story: "It so happened that the Messenger of Allaah held the prayer of the isha until it was deep beyond midnight. He went out then, performed prayer and said: "This is the real time of this prayer, but I'm not afraid to burden my students."
  • The Messenger of Allah said: "If it was not burdensome for my community, I would have commanded them to read the prayer of the isha until the first third of the night or until the middle of the night."
  • Jabir said: "Sometimes the Prophet hurried with the night prayer, and sometimes hesitated with it. When he contemplated a lot of people, he read the prayer early. When people came late, he postponed namaz. "

Night namaz

And now we will try to consider the prayer of the night (al-isha) and Namaz vitr. Doing a night prayer, you must first say four rak'aat sunna, similar to the Sunnah of the afternoon prayer. Then iqamat is performed, and after four rak'a rak'ahat, similar to the fard of the midday worship. Next, the praying man reads two rak'aatas of the Sunnah, similar to the Sunnah of the morning prayer. Between them, the difference can only be found in niyayat.

Then three rakaat prayers are performed. By the way, Namaz Witr is considered a wajib and consists of three rakaats. He is read after the night prayer. In general, in each rak'aat, al-Fatiha is performed and one more sura.

How is the prayer performed? First it is necessary to perform Niyayat: "I was embarrassed for the sake of Allah to perform the prayer of Witr," and then, pronouncing the Takbir: "Allahu akbar", one must stand up for the reading of the prayer. After the completion of two rak'aatas, as in the sunna of the morning prayer, only Atatahiyat is read sitting.

Then the worshiper says "Allahu Akbar" and stands up for the third rak'aat: now he reads "al-Fatihu" and another surah. Further hands fall down, rise to the ears and the Takbir utters: "Allahu akbar".

Then the praying man, clasping his hands on his stomach, reads the duo "Kunut." Then he lowers his hands and pronounces "Allahu Akbar", making a "hand". After the realization of the two sitting seated sitting read "Atatiyahyat ...", "Salavat" and dua. Then you say "salam".

In general, there are special schemes for the fulfillment of the rakaat of night prayer for both women and men.

How does a Muslim read namaz?

How to begin namaz night woman? As a rule, first they find out what namaz is and why it should be done. In general, Namaz is one of the five Islamic pillars. Every Muslim and Muslim must read it. This worship cleanses the soul of a person, ignites the heart of a believer and exalts him before the Holy Allah. It is through this sacred prayer that the worship of man to the Most High is expressed.

Only during the prayer service people can personally communicate with Allah. Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him from the Most High) said about this prayer: "Namaz is the support of religion. Who ignores him, he destroys his faith. " The one who performs prayer cleanses his soul from everything sinful and vicious.

In general, for a woman, Muslim prayer is an inseparable part of her worship of God. Once the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) asked his companions the question: "Will the dirt remain on your body if you bathe in the river five times before your hut?" They answered: "Oh, God's Messenger, our body will be ours Clean and no dirt will remain! "

The Prophet said: "This is an example of the five prayers that Muslims read: thanks to them, Allah is washing away sins, as this water cleanses the body of dirt." Prayer will be a key moment in the calculation of human accomplishments on the Day of Judgment, because according to the believer's attitude towards the Muslim prayer service, his actions on earth will be judged.

Night prayer for women is the same obligatory prayer, as for men. Many Muslim women are afraid to read the prayer, since they do not know how to do it. But this nuance should not serve as an obstacle to the fulfillment of its believing obligations to Allah. After all, if a woman refuses to pray, she is deprived not only of the divine reward, but also of peace, of the family world and the possibility of bringing up the children in the Islamic faith.

How to do a namaz to a woman? First, she must remember the number of necessary prayers and know from what number of rak'ahs they are composed. Muslims need to understand that each prayer is made up of nafl-namaz, sunna-namaz and fard-namaz. It is interesting that for Muslims the fulfillment of fard-namaz is mandatory.

What is Cancerat? This is the order of manipulation and words in the prayer. One rak'ahat consists of a single waist bow (hand) and two Saja (prostrations). To perform these prayers, a novice woman should very quickly learn dua and surah, which are read in salah, master all steps and order of actions.

A Muslim must remember how to correctly do ghusl and voodoo, to learn at least three suras from the Qur'an and Surat Fatiha, several dua.

To properly learn how to perform namaz, a woman can ask her relatives or her husband for help. She can also learn various educational videos and books. A good teacher will tell in detail the sequence of actions, at what time the surah and dua are read, how to properly position the body during the Saja or the hand.

Even Allama Abdul-Hai al-Luknawi wrote that "many of the activities of Muslim women during worship differ from the manipulation of men."

Tahajjud

And now we will study the prayer of the Tahajjud. This is a night prayer, which is read in a certain part of the night, between the prayers of yatsa (isha) and the morning prayer. This namaz has its own peculiarities: after Yatza it is necessary to sleep for several hours and only then, after awakening, to perform this prayer.

By the way, Tahajjud is in the group of additional prayers. For each believer (mummina), this worship is a sunkah. And an indispensable prayer is worshiping the Lord. The messenger says: "The prayer of the Tahajjud is the most good, important and useful after the necessary fivefold worship."

However, for the Messenger of Mohammed, the night namaz was irreplaceable. Allah says: "Awake in a certain part of the night and perform a prayer. Perhaps your Lord will erect you to an honorable place of paradise. "

This prayer is performed in the same way as others, two rak'aats each. You can read the Suras here both about yourself and out loud.

Night Treasure

And yet, what is the name of the night prayer? Usually, Tahajjud is called a nightly treasure. Interestingly, in the book "Xavi Kudsey" it is written: "The smallest number of rak'aats in the Tahajjud prayer is two, and the largest - eight rak'aats." And in the works of Javhara and Marakil Falah it is written: "The least number of rakaats in the night prayer is eight. You can choose here at will. "

The time of prayer is Tahajjud

So let's take a closer look at the night prayer. In how many it is necessary to make? It is known that the best time for reading the Tahajjud prayer is the second half of the night (before the morning sunrise). And during the final third of the night, the Omnipresent Allah receives a duo and proclaims: "Who will dare to ask Me (anything) so that I will give it to him?" Who will ask for my forgiveness, that I will have mercy on him? "

But if anyone is not able to awaken in this part of the night, he can read the night prayer (tahajjud) at any time after the accomplishment of the isha-namaz (night prayer). The Messenger of Allah said: "Everything that happens after isha is called night (it is considered a Tahajjud)."

If a believer is able to awaken at night, I'm not sure he must perform Witra before bed. However, if he does rise at night, he can read the Tahajjud, but there is no need to repeat Witr.

In general, the advance of Ramadan provides an excellent opportunity for the remarkable Sunnah of our adored Mentor to be firmly entrenched in everyone's life.

The virtue of the prayer of Tahajjud

So, we learned the time of the night namaz thoroughly. Let us now consider its merits. The Qur'an states: "They separate their sides from couches, crying with fear and hope for their Lord. They consume from what We have given them. No man knows what pleasures for the eyes are hidden for them in the form of gifts for what they did. "

It is known that the Messenger of Allah was performing nafl-namaz (tahajjud) constantly late at night. Ms. Aisha said: "Do not leave the night prayer, because even the Messenger of Allah never left him. Even in case of weakness or illness, he made it sitting. "

It is known that the Messenger of Allah inspired the ummah to perform the Tahajjud. Fakihis defined: tahajjud is the most significant of all nafl-namaz.

The Prophet called: "Come up and pray at night! After all, it is really the custom of a righteous ancient people that will allow you to approach to Allah, will refrain from sinning, redeem your little sins. "

The Prophet also said: "May Allaah have mercy on the man who woke up at night and performed namaz, and then began to wake his wife. But if she refused, she sprinkled it with water. May Allaah have mercy on that woman who, having awakened at night, performed a prayer, and then woke her husband and asked him to pray. But if he refused, his wife must sprinkle water! "

Nine benefits

And Umar bin Khattab said that the Prophet said: "Whoever performs an ideal namaz in the night, Allah will be endowed with nine benefits - four in akhirate and five in worldly life."

You must remember the five blessings that exist in worldly life:

  1. Allah will protect from troubles.
  2. The trace of submission to the Creator will be revealed on the face of a Muslim.
  3. He will be loved by all people and the hearts of the righteous.
  4. Wisdom will come from his tongue.
  5. Allah will give him understanding, turn into a sage.

It is necessary to know and four blessings, which will be given in akhirat:

  1. The Muslim will rise again, and his face will be illumined with light.
  2. The report on the Day of Judgment will be facilitated.
  3. He, like a flash of lightning, will pass through the Sirat Bridge.
  4. On the Day of Judgment, the Book of Acts will be given to him in his right hand.

Hygiene of a Muslim woman in prayer

And how to read a night namaz to a woman? Muslims are obliged to treat this prayer very carefully, especially during the onset and end of the menstrual cycle. In order for namaz not to turn into debt, first of all you need to know the time of execution of all the services. Today, everyone has the opportunity to purchase a watch and a schedule of prayers (Ruzna).

In general, the beginning of salah can be determined by azan. The completion of the prayer time can be clarified in this way: the beginning of the lunch prayer time before the moment of the afternoon moleben is the time of the dinner service, until the evening azan - the time of the moleben performed after lunch. With the onset of the pore of the evening prayer to the night - this is the time of the evening worship. After the night namaz comes night time, which ends at dawn. And from dawn to sunrise - the time of morning prayer.

So, if the time of lunch prayers comes at 12 o'clock, and after dinner at 15 o'clock, then the term of dinner namaz is called three hours. It is known that if the length of day and night changes, the time of prayer changes, as indicated by Ruznam.

After the woman has studied and learned the time of prayers, she must follow the beginning and end of her menstrual cycle.

Start of cycle

So, how to read a woman a night namaz, and all the others at the beginning of the cycle? Suppose that the time for a dinner service starts at 12 o'clock. If the Muslim woman after this moment after five minutes (in fact, at the beginning of the prayer time) begins the month, then after she is cleansed, she is obliged to compensate this prayer.

This is interpreted as follows: at the moment of the beginning of the prayer, the woman immediately performed only the most important (farz) a little bath and, having read the prayer, after performing "Al-Fatihi" short suras and without stretching her hand and judging, she could perform the farz. All these actions are performed only for five minutes. A Muslim who did not take advantage of this time, but had the opportunity to do so, is obligated to pay for the prayer.

Many have already understood how to perform night prayer, other types of prayers. But we can not conclude that if a Muslim woman did not make a prayer at once, as soon as the time has come, it will be considered a sin. A woman, just like a man, has a right to postpone the moment of praying a little. However, if she had the opportunity to read the prayer in that short time and did not read it, after purification it must repay the debt.

End of cycle

So, we learned the most detail of the night namaz. We also defined its name. But let's consider the purification of the woman and the order of performing prayer at that moment. As an example, let's take a lunch prayer. It is known that the time for dinner prayer ends at three in the afternoon. If the Muslim woman cleans up before the end of her lunchtime, and she has minutes for which she can say "Allahu Akbar" before the afternoon azan, she must compensate for the dinner prayer. After all, the believer stayed in purity, even a minute before the given divine service.

The question arises: how does a woman determine the termination of menstruation? It should be very careful in those days when its cycle ends. Having cleansed, she must immediately bathe and perform prayer until the time has expired.

If the believer, having the opportunity, did not hurry to perform prayer, she will sin as if she missed the farz. You can not hesitate to perform a full bath. At any opportunity, you need to swim and read the prayer. To achieve this goal, you can endure a little cold, in order to fulfill the farz in time.

Perhaps, with the help of this article, readers will be able to understand the rules of performing night prayer.
