Nadezhda Pavlova: biography, repertoire, personal life

Nadezhda Pavlova is a ballerina, teacher and choreographer. This outstanding woman was born in Cheboksary. In 1984 she became People's Artist of the Soviet Union.

Biography

Nadezhda Pavlova was born in a large family of ethnic Chuvashes. Her father, Vasily Pavlovich, was a radiologist, and her mother, Maria Ilinichna, worked as a teacher in a kindergarten. Date of birth of the ballerina - May 15, 1956. At the age of seven, Nadezhda Pavlova began to visit the circle at the House of Pioneers. The children were trained here for choreography. In 1966, a commission from the Perm Choreography School arrived in Cheboksary. They were looking for gifted children. Members of the commission noticed Nadya and offered her to study at the Perm School. My parents let Nadya go. Her teacher was Lyudmila Pavlova Sakharova, the teaching method of which was based on the combination of classical Leningrad and Moscow schools with the trends that emerged in the 60s of the 20th century.

During her studies at the choreographic school, the girl took part in the performances of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater. She performed all the children's ballet parties there. In 1970 the troupe went on tour to Moscow. There, Hope attracted the attention of reviewers. At the age of 15, the young ballerina became the laureate of the first prize at the All-Union competition among ballet dancers. And a year later she won the Grand Prix. At the same time the young ballerina began to frequently tour Russia and foreign countries: France, Italy, the USA, China, Germany, Japan and Austria.

The career of the artist developed successfully. Nadezhda Pavlova devoted herself to ballet. Her personal life was not as rosy as creative. The partner of Hope on the stage - Vyacheslav Gordeev - became her first husband. Everybody thought that their marriage would be perfect. But Vyacheslav, becoming the husband of Hope, continued to see in it, first of all, his partner in dance, and not his beloved wife and wife. He made her work more and more, which made her feel like a robot, not a human being. Vyacheslav constantly let her know that she owed him her successful career. This attitude of the spouse could not but affect the psyche of a ballerina, she often became depressed. Then V.Gordeev took her to a very good doctor-psychotherapist - Konstantin Okuevich. Since then, the artist's personal life has changed dramatically. The doctor and the ballerina fell in love with each other. Their turbulent romance turned into a marriage. Having filed a divorce with V. Gordeev, Nadezhda married K. Okulevich.

Creative way

After graduating from the choreographic school, Nadezhda Pavlova became a soloist of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theater named after Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Here she danced leading parts in such ballets as "Romeo and Juliet" and "Giselle". A year later Nadezhda became a soloist of the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow. The partner of the ballerina was Vyacheslav Gordeev. Being a Bolshoi soloist, Nadezhda was engaged in the class of A. Messerer. Mastering the roles took place under the direction of M. Semyonova. In addition to V. Gordeev, Nadezhda's partners included such leading soloists of the Bolshoi Theater as Yury Vasyuchenko, Valery Anisimov, Irek Mukhamedov, Alexander Bogatyrev, Alexei Fadeechev. Having received the education of a ballet master, N. Pavlova began to conduct master classes abroad: in Finland, in Germany, in Japan, in France. In the 90s of the 20th century Nadezhda was a member of the jury at the International Competitions. In 1999, the ballerina became a laureate of the festival "Stars of the World Ballet", which was held in the city of Donetsk.

Hope became the youngest artist who received the title People's Artist of the USSR. There was this significant event when she was only 28 years old.

Now Nadezhda Pavlova lives and works in Moscow. She teaches at GITIS, bears the title of professor, and also is the teacher-tutor of the ballet theater at the given educational institution.

In the 80 years of the 20th century she was awarded the titles of the People's Artist of the RSFSR, the Chuvash Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic and the USSR, she was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor.
