On the first of these two options, you need to beat 3 yolks and 1 egg with 7 tablespoons of manga, leave for 10 minutes. Roll in flour and fry from 2 sides in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil.

And in the second variant, you first need to prepare thick semolina porridge from 500 ml of milk and 150 ml of cereals. Cool, add 2 eggs, a little salt and 50-70 grams of sugar. As a result, you should get a mass with which you can work with your hands, already in it and add cottage cheese. Fry in lean oil on both sides until golden brown. Caloric content of syrniki with a manga according to the first recipe will be 225 kcal, and on the second - 246 kcal.

Berry soufflé with semolina

But with semolina they cook not only meals for every day. Berry soufflé is a dessert, which is quite suitable for a festive dinner. For him, any berries will suit: cranberries, cherries, blueberries, blackberries or raspberries. You can use frozen, only defrost them in advance. Put 1 cup of berries in a strainer and crush the crust. In any saucepan, boil 3 cups of water and add the resulting cake to it. Boil for 1 minute and drain.

What remains, put on fire, add about a glass of sugar and bring it back to a boil. Pour a thin trickle 3 tablespoons of semolina and cook over a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring. In the finished porridge add vanillin, beat up a bit, add the berry juice, which was previously wrung out, and beat in a magnificent mass. Arrange the berry souffle in the crockery and decorate with a berry. Nobody will even guess that there is a manga in this dish. The caloric content of the dessert is 80 kcal per 100 grams.
