Magic fairy tales - this is one of the most interesting and amazing genres of literary creativity. This, you can say, is our heritage, which we inherited from our ancestors. As before, fairy tales now play a big role in the development of the child, his shaping the perception of human values.

General information about fairy tales

The appearance of fairy tales among the people was due to the fact that people tried to find an explanation for certain phenomena of nature, the origin of which was not clear to them, and also told about their way of life and rituals. Of course, this involved fantasy. Thus, folk tales have some reflection of the historical development of the people.

How did magic appear in fairy tales? Obviously, this was a reflection of the desire for a happy resolution of the situation, about the victory of good over evil. Each image in the tale is deeply symbolic. In some nations, even the characters are similar, only they are called in different ways. For example, Russian Baba Yaga and old woman Louhi from Finland. Or our Ivan the fool and the Englishman Jack-lazy. Even the stories are very often repeated.

Also in the fairy tale, magic things were indispensable attributes. For example, a tablecloth-self-cloth, a flying carpet or a stupa of Baba Yaga.

Who could compose a fairy tale? In the distant past, these were the people who traveled a lot, and so many have seen and heard. They said that they learned something new. Then these stories gradually changed, a spirit of fantasy was introduced.

Over time, their narratives became fairy tales for children. What the great-grandfathers thought was true, turned into a legend. But in the end they had a positive impact on the correct understanding of the world by the child.

The influence of fairy tales on the upbringing of children

Magic fairy tales are an integral part of the upbringing of children. Many generations grew up in such imaginative battles between good and evil. Perceiving the magical world of such legends, the child is immersed in a special atmosphere. Easy and entertaining language the child perceives the world and adapts to it. It easily perceives the system of right values, relations between people.

The obligatory good end of fairy tales allows to realize that everything is possible, while the kid on a subconscious level acquires self-confidence, in his abilities.

Magic folk tales also perfectly develop imagination. Very often a child identifies himself with one of the heroes and throughout his reading passes with him his way of adventure.

Plots of fairy tales

Folk fairy tales are different in their story, according to which they can be divided into several groups:

  • Those in which the hero wins miraculously a monster (usually Snake Gorynycha);
  • Tales, where you need to pass any test;
  • Those where children escape from some villain;
  • Tales in which the hero turns out to be expelled from his own home, is either trapped in a fairy-tale creature, or simply "goes wherever his eyes look";
  • Those where one has to overcome some test in order to find family happiness;
  • Tales, where the hero finds a magical object.

Of course, the classification is very conditional, as in some tales plots intertwine, some in general can not be clearly attributed to any type.

Folk tales: what they are

In addition to fairy tales in folk art there are everyday and about animals. What are the differences?

If we talk about fairy tales, it is, as already mentioned above, those in which there is some miraculous salvation, deliverance, victory.

There are also tales of animals. The latter in them, like people, are able to talk, and behave the same way. Each of the animals has its own special features. For example, the fox is cunning, the hare is cowardly, the bear is strong.
