Lake Lembolovskoe on the Karelian Isthmus

To get here, move from St. Petersburg to the north in the direction of the Karelian Isthmus. Lake Lembolovskoe is located in the Vsevolozhsk district of the Leningrad region. Its length from north to south exceeds 10 kilometers, and the width varies within 2-3 kilometers. The coast is largely indented. Lake Lembolovskoe is surrounded by quite picturesque hills, covered with dense coniferous and deciduous vegetation. Among other things, grows on its shores and hazelnut, the harvest of which can be harvested in late summer. The beaches are sandy and comfortable for swimming. Lake Lembolovskoe has a shallow depth, and in the summer months the water in it warms up well throughout the volume. This water well has both a simple beach rest and fishing. This is due in no small part to its hydrological regime. The water in the lake is flowing, it flows into five small rivers and streams, and only one flows out. This circumstance prevents swamping of the water area of the reservoir.

Best are caught bream, pike, pike perch and perch. On the eastern shore of the reservoir is the village of Vaskelovo, and on the south - the military unit. Therefore, fishing is best to go to the western and eastern shores of the lake. You can catch both from the shore and from the boat. In winter, ice fishing is practiced on Lake Lembolovo.

There is a boat pier, a sauna, sports fields with inventory and a traditional place in the open air, where it's common to fry shish kebab. Guest houses can accept tourists even in winter.
