Is skin allergy treated or symptomatic?

The allergy becomes a mass disease, and it is already difficult to find a person who does not suffer from this or that form of allergy. Its most frequent manifestation is an allergy on the skin which is rather problematic, and manifestations sometimes have the most unfavorable effect on appearance. As a rule, if an allergy to skin treatment is indicated, it means not only taking antihistamines, but also using ointments that remove irritation and redness in a matter of hours. The disadvantage is that they usually have a fatty base and are poorly absorbed into the skin, leaving after application fatty traces. There are, however, and quickly absorbed gels - it's much more convenient, especially for women, because after their morning use, you can safely use makeup, and clothing with accidental contact will not be spoiled. The effectiveness and speed of such drugs is even higher than that of ointments due to a rapidly absorbed alcohol basis, and when they are used, an eye allergy occurs, in a matter of minutes.

Also, if there is an allergy on the skin, treatment also presupposes the use of antihistamines for oral administration. To date, there are a lot of such drugs, and most of the modern drugs are characterized by long action, high efficiency and relative safety. You need to take them only once in 24 hours, which is very convenient, and a wide variety of drugs allows you to find one that is right for you - in fact it often happens that even the best allergy medications do not help because their active ingredient is already Was part of the drug used previously, and it was addictive. In addition to pharmaceutical preparations, various sorbents of both natural and chemical origin are also widely used, which have also proved to be effective. They favorably differ in that they have absolutely no effect on the body and are output in the same form as they are used, only having absorbed allergens. The only thing, in some cases, they can cause constipation.

There is also an allergy on the skin whose treatment should be immediate, otherwise the skin lesions will be deep, and the traces will remain for a long time, and even for life. First of all it concerns allergic dermatitis - here it is better not to experiment, otherwise you can lose time, and immediately go to an allergist. And if there was eczema - such an allergy on the skin that can take a very long time to treat, then without consequences, most likely, will not do. In this case, you need to stock up with such means that would remove the itching, otherwise it will be very difficult to avoid scratching, and dark spots on the skin will be guaranteed for many years.

The question of whether it is possible to cure an allergy forever remains open: some people manage to do it in a different way, some achieve long-term remission, and to someone, unfortunately, nothing helps. To date, officially an allergy is considered an incurable disease, but some techniques can achieve excellent results. So how to treat allergies?

Most of the techniques are based on body cleansing. Colonotherapy, fasting and even hemo- and plasmapheresis can be used for this. The latter procedures in themselves give a good result and sometimes allow you to get rid of annoying symptoms for many years, but their use for these purposes is a rather controversial issue. Sometimes, allergens can be identified through laboratory research, followed by the complete exclusion of them from their lives for several years. In the case of food allergy it is quite realistic, but if the allergy to dust or pollen - it is clear that this is impossible in principle, and this method will not work here. For some people this method allows for a few years of abstinence from a certain product to completely get rid of allergies to it - it is especially attractive for its cheapness.
