JSC "Airline IrAero" is a Russian company founded in 1999. The main business of the company is cargo and passenger air transportation from the cities of Siberia and the Far East to the regions of Russia, as well as near and far abroad. The basing airports are Magadan, Novosibirsk and Yakutsk.

History of the airline "IrAero"

The company was established in 1999. Then the aircraft fleet consisted of only two domestic aircraft "An-24", which were leased. Since that moment, the fleet has been constantly replenished and now has more than 20 aircraft. The company entered the Russian market of air transportation by April 2006.

In 2011, the agency "Rosaviatsiya" ranked the most punctual Russian carriers, the top ten of which included the company "IrAero". The airline in 2013 entered into a contract for the supply of the newest Russian aircraft of the "MS-21" type with the company "Irkut". Deliveries of aircraft will begin in 2019.

Since 2014, the company has implemented a "Web-registration" system for passengers. In addition to air transportation, IrAero is engaged in aerial photography and search and rescue operations on its aircraft.

The air fleet of the airline is represented by 25 aircraft of the following types:

• 9 "An-24" units for 44-48 passenger seats;
• 8 "An-24" units for 42 passenger seats;
• 5 units of "CRJ-200" for 50 passenger seats;
• 3 units "Sukhoi Superjet 100" for 95 passenger seats.

The aircraft fleet is relatively outdated, but in the history of the company there have never been accidents and disasters. The company's management is actively involved in the problem of fleet modernization. Until 2022, it will be replenished with 10 MS-21 aircraft.

In 2012, IrAero (the airline) transported about 200,000 passengers, which is 130% more than in 2010, and compared to 2011 delivered 126% more cargo. In 2012, more than 6,800 flights were completed.

In 2013, more than 200 thousand air passengers were transported, and 331390 tons of cargo and mail were delivered.

In 2014, from the beginning of the year to September, more than 200500 passengers were transported, more than 2,000 tons of mail and cargo were delivered, and over 7,000 regular and seasonal flights were carried out.

Over 17 years of operation, the geography of flights has significantly expanded. Transportation from the base airports is carried out in the following points:

• In China - Dalian, Manchuria, Hailar, Harbin, Jiamusi;
• In the CIS countries - Baku, Bishkek, Tashkent;
• In Russia - Anapa, Batagai, Belaya Gora, Blagoveshchensk, Bodaibo, Vladivostok, Gelendzhik, Deputatsky, Ekaterinburg, Kiperveem, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Lensk, Mom, Nizhnevartovsk, Novy Urengoy, Noyabrsk, Omolon, Omsk, Omsukchan, Rostov-on-Don. , Sakkyryr, Samara, Saskylakh, Seymchan, Sochi, Suntar, Ulan-Ude, Ust-May, Khabarovsk, Chita, Chokurdah, Evenk.

Social politics

"IrAero" is an airline that regularly organizes various contests and charitable events. Inmates of orphanages, shelters and social adaptation centers are always invited. For children regularly organized interesting excursions to the international airport of Irkutsk, drawings competitions, various sports competitions are held. Also, the carrier actively cooperates with the charitable children's fund "MIRaero".

"IrAero" is an airline operating in the market of passenger and freight traffic for 17 years. Flights are carried out from the Far Eastern and Siberian regions across Russia and to countries of near and far abroad. For the years of its existence the company has established itself as a punctual air carrier. Undoubtedly, there are pluses and minuses in the work. The main disadvantage of IrAero is a relatively old aircraft fleet. However, in the near future it will be significantly updated. The management of the airline is continuously working to improve the quality of the services provided and expand the route network.
