Another pair of rubber bands of the second color - on them we throw off a pair of rubber bands from the posts.

Repeat, we put on a pair and on it we throw off all the rubber bands (except the last ones) from both columns. Next, from the left column, we remove the rubber bands on the right, and put the hook into the third loop. Then the process repeats to the first loop.

At the end, a handle is attached, secured from the side with a clip. Of course, it is more reliable to attach the handle with one more rubber band - making an inconspicuous bundle, or a bunch in the form of an original bow.
