Consider a few recipes for how to make homemade wine.

Dessert wine from rose hips

This recipe uses fresh rose hips. In the event that they have nowhere to take, you can take dry fruits (while one kilogram of dry hips replaces two and a half fresh).

One kilogram of fresh fruits should be thoroughly washed, add to them seven hundred and fifty grams of sugar, previously dissolved in two and a half liters of water, five grams of lemon acid and a leaven.

To prepare the starter, harvest the ripe berries of currants, strawberries and raspberries and mix in equal parts. Two cups of the mixture are placed in a bottle and poured a glass of water, adding one hundred grams of sugar. Then you need to shake everything well, plug it in and put it in a cool, cool place for four days. After a while, the juice must be filtered. Thus, the leaven is ready. To make homemade wine, three hundred grams of leaven are put into ten liters.

Fermentation of wine should occur at room temperature. When the berries are lowered to the bottom of the dishes, and the emission of gases ceases, it is necessary to pour the wine into another dish and set aside for a few days. In the finished product add sugar to your taste.

Grape wine

From ripe unwashed fruits, juice is squeezed out (with the help of a juicer) and mixed with sugar in a proportion of 3: 1. Here you should pay attention to the grape variety, because if it is sour, you will need to add more sugar. You can do this one week after the fermentation begins.

The leaven is poured into the bottle together with the juice and covered with a water seal (cork with a flexible tube), the end of which is put in a bowl with water. This tube will produce the carbon dioxide produced during fermentation . The bottle is put in a dark cool place.

At a time when the bubbles will no longer stand out, and the wine will begin to acquire a light tint, it is necessary to carefully pour it into another dish, cover it with cotton and place it in a cold place for one day, then change the cotton wool to a cork and keep it for three months until ready.

How to make homemade wine (table) from pears

For ten liters of pear juice take one and a half liters of water and one and a half kilos of sugar, fifteen grams of lemon acid and three hundred grams of leaven. The technology of wine making is the same as in previous recipes. After fermentation, the beverage is poured into a different bowl and left for a while to complete the process.

Thus, home-made wine is not too difficult to prepare, you just need to observe all the proportions, and then you can get a fragrant drink of a beautiful rich color, which is not a shame to offer even the most expensive guests.
