The Internet is constantly told how very good and even beautiful things can be made from seemingly useless garbage. However, some of them were able to craft themselves with their own hands in the "pre-Internet era." Work from empty cigarette packs, frogs from bottle caps, fish from greyed-colored used disposable drippers ...
Now all this art has received even the appropriate classification and its own name: "junk art." With enough scorn of contempt, though. However, if this is exactly contempt, it indicates the ineptitude of its author. After all, in fact it is a mockery of those who, for example, know how to make a vase from a plastic bottle, knows how to work with hands, and not just with language.
After the chemistry invented the plastic and introduced it into a wide general consumer life, plastic products basically began to appear in our houses in the form of various packages. A special place here is occupied by PET bottles, which, unlike the usual glass ones, are much lighter and unbreakable. But, alas, they are still cluttering up the space after their emptying. "Creative explosion" of homemade products from eggplants, not counting their various secondary uses unchanged, followed immediately: at least - bottoms as a jam outlet, as a maximum - a whole labyrinth for a hamster made of plastic bottles!
There is a quick and reliable way to decorate the room by cutting the bottle in half so that the bottom two-thirds of the work remains in the work. (The upper one, by the way, can be sent to the kitchen or to the garage as a funnel for liquid and loose products.) From the upper half of the remaining eggplant, cut the rectangular petals without separating them from the body. Unfold them so that they are parallel to the surface of the table. Then two-thirds of the length of each petal is bent at an angle horizontally so that an imaginary line drawn along the lower edge of the petal is tangent to the circle formed by the bottle (if viewed from above). And thus bend all the strips. Now you can pour water in a vase and put a flower.

Another method requires the presence of two PET bottles, the same in shape, but different in volume (BB and MB). First, the bottom part is separated from both, the BB has a neck, on which the cap is screwed. In the bottom part of the BB, short petals (in the form of a square or a rectangle close to it) are cut, which must be folded inwards. Now MB is inserted inside the BB and screwed on the remaining thread. In the bottom part of the BB a home-made drill, made from an ordinary tin bottle cap, cuts a hole, which also screws the MB thread. The very bottom of the BB connects to exactly the same part from another BB; They are pretty tightly integrated into each other, forming a double bottom. The future vase has found its foundation. It remains only to pour between the walls, for example, three kinds of groats of different colors and decorate the product with a bouquet of dead wood. If you find two containers - one large with a wide round neck, the other smaller with a hexagonal neck, you can make a miracle of miracles. Cut off the upper parts, coat both with a thin layer of PVA glue and cover with several layers of toilet paper (alternating paper and glue). From the same material with wet hands twist the flagella and form on the top layer of any ornament you like, then lightly glaze it with glue. When it dries, cover it with aerosol enamel of black color, and with a golden tint with a sponge lightly bring a gleam. After sufficiently tighten the both parts.
