How to cook zucchini rolls with chicken
Zucchini - an excellent vegetable, healthy and very tasty. Chicken meat is not inferior to it for diet and taste. The combination of these two products is an excellent duet, which will appeal to both home and guests. One of the most original and beautiful dishes are rolls of courgettes with chicken. Such a dish can decorate even the festive table.
To prepare this dish you will need three small zucchini, two chicken breasts, two hundred grams of hard cheese, a tablespoon of mayonnaise, ketchup, soy sauce and chopped garlic, a teaspoon of curry. Peel zucchini and cut into strips about five millimeters thick. Pour them with boiling water and leave for ten minutes, so the vegetables will not break and crack when rolling rolls. Chicken breast should be cut into long strips, which you can slightly repel for the tenderness of meat. Make marinade from mayonnaise, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and curry. The meat should be left in the mixture for half an hour. Grate cheese on a grater and start to form zucchini rolls with chicken. Take a strip of vegetable and lay on top of the meat, sprinkle with cheese and curl. Puncture each bundle with several wooden toothpicks. Put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or oiled, salt the zucchini rolls with chicken and bake in the oven at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees until ready.
