How much does a kilowatt of electricity cost in Moscow? Prices and solutions
Conventional consumer needs are becoming increasingly expensive. This applies to things like gas, water and, of course, electricity. If there is a growth in wages in the country, and consequently, an increase in the level of well-being is a direct reason for a similar jump in prices for normal life support. This problem has also affected the residents of the capital. Moscow tariffs for light are growing every year, which causes an occasion for alternative solutions to the situation.
Electricity. Price per kilowatt (2014)
The whole energy sphere is experiencing a crisis at the moment. This contributes to higher energy prices. In Russia, due to the large areas and the undeveloped nature of a number of areas, the problem also lies in the fact that not everyone can ensure the proper level of electrification. Residents of remote villages often use fuel generators, the price of which is not too skillfully regulated.
The situation in the capital is different.
Prices in Moscow
Much less costs are borne by people who have electric cookers. For them, the cost of a kilowatt of electricity in Moscow is only 3.2 rubles. When dividing the day into two zones, the night rate will be less than a ruble, and if divided into three zones, the peak time will cost 2.7 rubles.
New price policy
The question of how much a kilowatt of electricity costs in Moscow is complicated by the fact that a new social program is planned for 2014. According to the research, most consumers of electricity often use about the same number. With a view to total savings, the price per kilowatt of electricity will be low to a certain threshold. But as soon as this limit is exhausted, the cost will immediately increase several times. The question arises: is it profitable for the population?

Prospects
With the effective adoption of a new law on the restriction of energy consumption by every resident of the country, many families will have to start saving. As a result, the question immediately arises of the constant energy consumption for the work of elevators, lighting of the porches. How much is the kilowatt of electricity in Moscow under the new project, it will be possible to calculate with the addition of 30%: for example, at a rate of 3.5 rubles after the limit is exhausted, the cost will reach about 4.7 rubles. Thus, having bought an expensive air conditioner, the consumer will not save, but, on the contrary, lose - under the condition of his constant work - a lot of money. Moreover, even electric kettles will become a kind of luxury item when "off-scale electric soldering".
In fact, for a simple energy expenditure on the refrigerator will take about a third of the total limit. It is not necessary to discuss the problem that the weakest conditioner will destroy it in 45 hours. Any multivark or microwave oven will also bring you closer to the kilowatt threshold. Townspeople, moderately using light (let's say, do not sit out days and nights around the TV screen), can sleep peacefully. But fans of fashionable and expensive gadgets will pay for them at exorbitant prices.
How realistic is the introduction of the new law? At the moment, it is under consideration by a number of executive bodies, but it is quite possible that many will find it rational, and therefore will be introduced from the end of 2014.
Thus, electricity in Moscow, as in other Russian cities, is not cheap. Under the most common tariff, it is about 4.5 rubles per kilowatt. Under the new legislative program, alternative payment options for electricity are considered throughout the country.
