Repeat the procedure three times a day until the wound is completely healed. In addition, the leaves can simply be washed in water and applied to the wounds, bandaging them.

Doctors say "no"

Note that traditional medicine opposes the use of lilacs for medicinal purposes. And all because of the fact that it is not sufficiently studied. In addition, if you use it inside in large quantities, then the medicinal properties of lilacs will easily turn into harmful! It becomes toxic, because it contains the glycoside of the syringin. During disintegration, it is capable of releasing a strong poison - cyanide acid.

Categorically prohibited treatment of lilacs:

  • With severe kidney or liver disease;

  • During pregnancy;

  • With individual intolerance.

If you still apply the medicinal properties of lilacs with special fanaticism, they can cause an overdose. Its symptoms are as follows:

  • There is a headache;

  • Bitterness occurs in the mouth;

  • Nausea starts;

  • Mucous membranes acquire a bright pink color;

  • Breathing becomes difficult;

  • Cramps are possible;

  • In particularly severe cases (if a large amount of poisonous acid has got into the body), cardiac activity may stop.

In any of these cases, even if you just had a headache and a taste of bitterness appeared in your mouth, immediately call for an ambulance. And it will be even better if you first talk with your doctor about lilac treatment. Be healthy!
