Only in the hands of a person there is an opportunity to improve the situation, not every doctor here is able to help.

Exercises for the eyes, training of the eyes, conducted with due periodicity, are very important aspects of preservation, as well as vision improvement, help prevent myopia and other diseases of the visual apparatus.   1. Exercises for eyes to improve vision

- Conduct the movement of the eyes in the horizontal direction: to the right and left.

- Trace eyeballs in a vertical direction: up and down.

- Carry out circular motions: clockwise and in the opposite direction.

- Rapid contraction and dilatation of the eyelids.

  1. Exercises for the eyes with myopia

The starting position for performing exercises from this complex is sitting, each exercise is repeated at least 6 times.

- Take a deep breath, leaning back, after which - exhale, leaning forward.

- Cover your eyelids, close your eyes, then open your eyelids, leaning back in your chair.

- The hands are put in a position on the belt, the head turns to the right, the look concentrates on the elbow of the right hand; The head turns to the left, the look concentrates on the elbow of the left hand. After this - the starting position.

- The eyes are raised upwards, and they make circular motions, first clockwise, then in the opposite direction.

- Hands forward, the look concentrates on the fingertips. Then the hands on the inspiration rise, the sight moves behind the position of the hands, not allowing movement with the head. On exhalation, hands fall down.

Doing exercises for the eyes is not at all difficult, and it takes no more than 5 minutes to complete the whole complex. At the same time, the benefits for vision, obtained with regular exercises are invaluable - the ability to preserve and improve the work of the visual apparatus.
