Equipment for cartridges for hunting weapons

A well-developed industry of hunting supplies provides for the production of munitions of various purposes. At the same time, manufacturers of ammunition cartridges for the smooth-bore weapons are offered in three main versions, taking into account some features and purposes of hunting: shot, cart and bullet cartridges. At the same time, every hunter must know the order of ammunition, since the existing differences between the initial and actual state of arms require an individual approach. There is a difference in the cartridges used in winter and spring (autumn), due to climatic and temperature conditions.

Determine the list of tools and accessories that provide quality equipment for the cartridges of the house:

• A pharmacy or electronic scales - to accurately measure the weight of the charge and the number of fractions;
• A set of cartridges - contains all the necessary accessories;
• Nail - a wooden or plastic pin, designed to seal the elements of the cartridge (wool, pads).

The kartech is meant for shooting off the average beast (wolf, roe deer, saiga, lynx, musk deer, medium-sized boar), distance of fire - up to 40 meters. Equipping the cartridges with cartridges requires good consistency, due to a small number of cartouches.

The charge is stacked in several rows, which allows you to achieve a good fight and proper defeat of the target at a distance of effective fire. Shooting at the distance of the shot does not require an increase in the powder charge. If the sharpness of the fight is necessary, the charge increases, but it should not exceed 10% of the shot. In addition, it should be remembered that small grains that are loaded into cardboard cases are not covered with cotton, but only use a gasket. In this case, it is highly advisable not to close the cartridges with an asterisk. Stacking in one row allows 3-5 or 7 cartouches. A greater or lesser amount degrades the stability of the charge.

Equipping bullet cartridges requires one of the basic conditions - it is the correct selection of a bullet along the barrel of a weapon. For this purpose, it is pushed through the entire trunk, starting from the breech, and the passage should not allow significant effort.

The best option for equipping a bullet is to use a container for it. It ensures the correct location of the bullet in the shell and, with a competent charge of the powder charge, sufficient sharpness of the battle.

The choice of a particular type of bullet is determined by the personal predilections of the hunter, but in any case it should provide sufficient killer stopping effect on the beast, otherwise it will take a long time to go after the pod, and a large and aggressive target (bear, moose, boar) can attack the hunter himself.

Equipment of cartridges with bullets of spherical type requires their centering in the sleeve, for which the bullet chuck with charge is placed on a horizontally placed stand, the bullet is installed in the center of the cartridge case and it is poured with paraffin (stearin) into two or three heights. Filling with paraffin turbine bullets is not allowed, because this will lead to the overlapping of the channels providing rotation in the trunk.

For any type of bullets used, it is prohibited to "zapyazhovyvanie", as this often leads to blowing and ripping the trunk.

One should not think that a significant excess of charge will not give any significant advantages. The equipping of cartridges requires a careful weighing of the powder: failure to comply with the weight of the charge will lead to differences in shooting and the impossibility of careful aiming, making effective corrections.
