In the spring of this year, the "Meat Club" opened in the restaurant "El Gaucho" on Paveletskaya Street. The first dinner, timed to launch the new project, took place on April 26 at 20:00. The rich program of the evening left no one indifferent. Each visitor had the honor to get acquainted with the chef of the institution and try the palette of tastes of the menu and, of course, the wine list. In addition, the guests of "El Gaucho" went on a gastronomic trip together with sommelier Ekaterina Emelina and cook Igor Dovgelya.

That evening, treated to pastrames - generous portions of smoked meat slices, crispy ciabatta with salad. All this was filled with mustard dressing. Next, guests were offered the following dishes and snacks:

  • Salad of smoked beets, baked in flowery honey;
  • Fresh persimmons and spinach with knots made from fresh goat cheese;
  • Salad with roast beef.

On the hot served beef cheeks with grechotto in morello sauce, and then the most naive steak machete. As a dessert, guests were offered air eclairs and sorbet balls. In addition, each dish was accompanied by a perfectly matched wine.
