Effervescent tablets 'Aspirin C'.

"Aspirin C" is an anti-inflammatory, antipyretic preparation with analgesic properties. It is produced in effervescent tablets, dissolved in water. The agent is able to exert a retarding effect on the aggregation of platelets. "Acetylsalicylic acid" (aspirin) contains ascorbic acid, which stimulates the oxidation-reduction processes of carbohydrate metabolism. In addition, the drug reduces blood coagulability, promotes the regeneration of tissues, increases the body's resistance.

The main indications for the use of the drug are:

  • Weak and moderate pain syndromes of various etiologies (toothache, headache, neuralgia, muscle and menstrual pain).

In the case of pain of mild to moderate severity, as well as fever, a single dose is one or two effervescent tablets. The maximum dose in one session is two tablets. During the day it is recommended to take no more than 6 tablets with an interval of at least 4 hours. Special caution in the use of the drug is required with simultaneous treatment with anticoagulants. Acetylsalicylic acid reduces the excretion of uric acid, which causes a gout attack.

Long-term use of the drug "Aspirin C" requires the conduct of blood and stool tests, control of the liver. Acetylsalicylic acid slows the process of blood clotting. Patients who are assigned to a transplant operation, it is necessary to warn the doctor about taking the medicine. During treatment, the drug should be discarded from taking ethanol in order to avoid provoking gastric bleeding.

Interaction with other drugs

"Aspirin C" Helps to increase the toxicity of methotrexate, analgesics with opium, oral hypoglycemic drugs, indirect anticoagulants, heparin, reserpine, sulfonamides, thrombolytic agents. The medication reduces the effect of uricosuric drugs, antihypertensive drugs, diuretics. Increases the concentration of digoxin, barbiturates. Ascorbic acid promotes the absorption of iron-containing drugs.
