This man stood at the source of the legendary radio station "Silver Rain". Despite many changes and difficulties, he has been leading this radio since the first day of its foundation in 1995. Almost 21 years old Dmitry Savitsky is the unchanged general director of this radio station. In addition, he gained additional popularity, becoming one of the founders of the comic award "Silver Galosh", which was given to famous people for doubtful achievements.

Dmitry Savitsky: biography

The future head of one of the most popular radio airs in Moscow, in 1971, was born. Dmitry Savitsky managed to earn his first money at a fairly young age. He did not hesitate to work at the post office and carry newspapers. After graduation, the young man decided to get a higher education and entered the evening department of the Leningrad Institute of Cinema Engineers in Moscow for the Faculty of Sound Engineers. At the same time Dmitry Savitsky combined his studies with work at Mosfilm.

He could not get a full higher education, because he was called in the first year for urgent service. Served Savitsky in the internal troops in the NKAO. Was on the territory of Armenia, as well as in Azerbaijan. During the service, the young man had the opportunity to excel, for which he was awarded several medals and certificates.

Further, he had the opportunity to obtain the later experience of leadership, while he held the post of executive director at the joint Soviet-French enterprise Novoye Vremya, which was the International Association of Cultural Figures. He held this position for almost a year, from 1992 to 1993. The next stage in the life of Savitsky was the legendary "Silver Rain".

Establishment of a radio station

Sam Savitsky now recalls that in 1995 in the media space of Russia there was a situation when only five or six radio stations were operating their ethers. All of them were purely musical, and it was Dmitry who put forward the idea of creating an information and music radio station, on the air of which it would be possible to hear various programs. This idea was supported by his supporters, among whom was already the ex-wife of Dmitry Savitsky, Natalia Sindeeva.

At that time, the authorities announced a federal contest for a new radio station that could broadcast on a certain wave. Savitsky and his team presented the developed concept and won this contest in April 1995. In three months, in July, the radio station began broadcasting on a 24-hour basis. Since then, the broadcasting of the "Silver Rain" has not stopped for a minute. Natalia Sindeeva took the post of general producer, and Savitsky Dmitry Vladimirovich, as the founder of the station, became general director.

Basic directions of broadcasting

To date, the audience of this radio station is a middle-aged Russian with a stable income above the average. On the air regularly published about 20 author's programs, each of which has its own point of view on certain events. Perhaps this was due to the fact that there is no strict censorship. Many listeners note this fact, but Savitsky himself refers to this very pragmatically and says that this source of income helps "Silver Rain" to maintain itself and not ask for additional money from shareholders. For the sake of fairness, it should be noted that at the frequencies of this radio station, in addition to commercial advertising, it is often enough to hear social projects, for example, warning drivers to get into the drunk when driving. Such radio advertising is implemented based solely on its civic conscious position, and they do not receive additional money for this.

«Silver galosh»

Over time, the team of "Silver Rain" came up with a new project, which attracted a lot of attention. They became the annual premium "Silver galosh". It meant the awarding of public figures in certain "antinominations." Many recognizable people tried to avoid the "Silver galosh", and only a few of the celebrities could adequately accept such a "reward".

This project lasted for several years, and the presentation of the last award took place in the Kremlin in 2013. The real reasons for the closure of the Silver Galoshi are known to a few, but according to the official version voiced by Savitsky, the prize was closed, as there were no conditions for the further implementation of the project.

Personal life

The owner of the TV channel "Rain" is the former wife of Dmitry - Natalia Sindeeva. When the spouse had an idea to create a "Silver Rain", Natalia fully supported him. After the launch of the radio station, she took the post of commercial director. Over time, she decided to create her own channel and called it "Rain." The rupture of business relations coincided with the end of great love between the spouses. Their divorce was very difficult.

Dmitry could not forgive Natalya that she tried to entice the employees of the radio station in all possible ways, many of whom, happily agreed. Also, Dmitry is annoyed that the names "Rain" and "Silver Rain" are similar and they are very often confused. But most of all Savitsky croaks that after the divorce, Natalia has remained one of the most influential shareholders of the "Silver Rain" and she does not intend to sell her package.

A novel with the legendary Ksenia Anatolievna

After a loud divorce, Dmitry Savitsky had an equally loud romance with Ksenia Sobchak. To the surprise of many, these relations lasted long enough - several years, but in the end, the couple broke up. Of true causes, the former beloved do not apply, but they say that the difference of interests and the different way of life greatly influenced the separation. Savitsky never liked parties and does not consider himself a media person.

Unlike Sindeeva, Dmitriy preserved good relations with Ksenia. After a certain time, after parting, they speak about each other quite warmly.

In one of the interviews, Sobchak even said that now they are friends with families, and Xenia is communicating well with Daria's new wife Savitsky.
