Different forms of organization of training

Training - a complex process, designed to reproduce a person that corresponds to the level of development of society. The training process is conducted by specially trained people, whose activities are aimed at developing an integral personality through the transfer of part of the experience of generations, as well as skills, skills, ideological ideas and other things. This process must be properly organized. Therefore, different forms of the organization of education in pedagogy are singled out , which implies the interaction between the teacher and the student in order to educate the latter. Any form has a number of characteristics:
- number of pupils,
- location,
- time spending,
- order of conduct.

Allocation of various forms of education is based on the possibility of direct and indirect contact of the student with the teacher. An example of the form of the organization of training, in which direct contact occurs, is the usual lesson. In this case, from 20 to 30 people can be involved in the process at the same time. With such a viarn form, the teacher issues information and can immediately verify its assimilation, which is necessary to clarify the difficulties arising in understanding and their subsequent correction. When considering a large number of participants in the transmission of information, the teacher can not pay attention to all, which is the main reason for low specific gravity in practice.

Group forms of the organization of training - frontal and link communication between pupils and the teacher. The frontal form implies communication between the whole class and the teacher, and the linkage implies the presence of brigades, in which the number of participants is reduced to 7 people. In addition, the brigade allocate a leader, and there is also the opportunity to discuss the topic within the link and express their opinion.

Collective forms of the organization of training assume the communication of the teacher with each pupil in replacement pairs, dialogical combinations or dynamic pairs.

General, group and collective forms of the organization of training refer to direct communication between pupils and the teacher. In contrast, there is mediated communication, in which the organization of independent work of the student with textbooks, manuals, remakes and other literature is carried out during the lesson or at home.

General forms of organization of education in pedagogy are the main ones when choosing a particular organizational form. The lesson remains the main form of learning, and all other forms are traditional.

Urgent and after-hour forms of organization of training do not remain static and constantly develop under the influence of public demands. Historically, it turned out that the individual form of instruction began to move to a group one, the transition from a group one to a systemic, preserved in our time, individual organization of the educational process for each student according to a system specially designed for him. Only in the era of the Middle Ages did some sort of lessons appear, in which both large and small groups of students were distinguished.

At the same time, the lesson and extra-hour forms of organization of instruction are aimed at teaching the pupil to self-education, as well as the development of interpersonal relations in classes and the formation of self-management in the team. A very important part of the teacher's work is the ability to organize the change of roles in the learning process. A student can teach others the skills and knowledge he has acquired. This is necessary to increase its activity in the learning process, since for the training of others, it must be more erudite in one or another issue, which will require a constant replenishment of the information base.

The educational process can not take place using a specific form of training. Collective and group forms must constantly interact with each other to ensure the most favorable conditions.
