He is willingly invited to make out the best houses in the world, he lectures, writes a book and works a lot.

Childhood and family

The famous interior designer Jean-Louis Denyo was born on August 27, 1974 in Paris in a wealthy family. His father worked as an engineer in an automobile company, his mother was a marketing director in a major campaign for the production and sale of spirits Pernod Ricard. Parents from childhood, Jean-Louis-Deno had a serious career, they dreamed that he would be a pilot, a lawyer or, at least, a surgeon. But already from two years the boy showed an incredible craving for art. At first he became interested in painting, and at the age of 10 he passionately devoted himself to creating mock-ups. He glittered with ecstasy models of rooms, houses and palaces. Parents were greatly disappointed with his son's hobbies, his father thought that the child was growing lazy and a bully and that he was waiting for a poor life. Sister Jean-Louis Virginie fully embodied the dreams of parents, becoming a certified businessman.

School years

In the school, Jean-Louis Denyo had a hard time, he was not interested in science, he thought more about art. The first magazine on the interior, he saw only at 14 years old, by that time he had already learned in the imagination to create whole interiors. His parents gave him to a boarding school, but he ran from there weekly, forging a note allegedly from his parents. He spent his free time in a small room, rented for money, which he earned during the summer holidays, collecting fruits and vegetables on the farm. For days he disappeared in the library of the Pompidou center, and in the evenings and nights he plunged into the "charms of Parisian life."

The Beginning of Adulthood

Somehow, Jean-Louis graduated from high school and at the age of 18 he married a real princess - Diane de Beauvo-Krion. It was a real, great love. This trick finally convinced the parents that their son was a loser, and they decided not to finance his further training. But the son began to show miracles of enterprise and organization. He found a nanny job for the children of the prime minister, for which he relied on an apartment. Then he achieved the fact that he was accepted into the architectural school without exams at once for the second year. Here he was greatly helped by independent occupation of architecture. True, this was not the place of his dream, but here he began to study quite diligently. Parents, seeing that their son knows what he wants, softened and agreed to pay for his dream - studying in Ecole de Camondo. This famous French school taught design, from here came a lot of great creators - Philippe Starck, Jean-Michel Wilmott, Patrick Rubin and others. In the school, Jean-Louis Denio studied a bit boring, but when there was a danger that he would not defend the diploma, the future master gathered and created a brilliant graduate work, the whole organizational work was taken by the sister. Parents were invited to a solemn ceremony of awarding diplomas, and they were very surprised at the praise that they heard about his son.

Career

The first order Denio received immediately after the school. His client, a very old man, instructed him to completely repair the apartment, which the designer designed in a classic style. But a close look could notice that even then the project was not purely classical, it was attended by some modern elements. So began to form a design manner of Denyo. For fifteen years of his career, he was able to climb to the very top of Olympus. Today, Jean-Louis Denyo, whose interiors can be seen in all countries of the world, is included in a galaxy of leading decorators. Critics call his ascent lightning fast. But Jean-Louis himself says that this is not so, he moved forward. After the School, he began working for property owners, gradually his name became known. According to him, he is only at the beginning of the road, his achievements are yet to come. Today he can afford to choose customers, he travels around the world, participates in exhibitions, presentations, seminars. He produces interior items under his own brand. Even his parents and sister live in houses decorated by Jean-Louis. Denio is one of the top 100 best designers of our time.

Artistic credo

The designer says that his main principle is confusion. He never makes absolutely new or antique interiors, but always connects objects from different eras. But this is not habitual eclecticism, and a delicate fusion, the decorator plays on nuances, he never directly combines the objects of different cultural layers, eras and countries. His projects are always complex and detailed, they always have history, as well as ultra-new materials and technologies. His style is distinguished by refinement and elegance. The interior design from Jean-Louis Denio is a restrained color scheme, he is a fan of gray color.
