Coping with stress

Stress, unfortunately, is an integral part of the life of modern man. From him can not escape, so there is only one way out - to learn how to successfully cope with it and with the consequences of nervous overstrain. Fighting stress is necessary, especially since frequent overloads of the nervous system are fraught with insomnia, unhealthy complexion, irritability and other not very pleasant consequences.

5. Healthy people easily endure stressful situations! Go in for sports, run in the mornings or evenings, go for a mountain ski or snowboard, go to the gym or to the climbing wall. Together with the burden on the body, anger and other negative emotions will disappear. Do not forget about proper nutrition, sleep and day regimen.

To learn something new is always interesting.

7. Eat right. Eat (especially in the winter) more fruits and vegetables, meat and dairy products.

8. Listen to yourself! Start a notebook in which you will write down how you were influenced by this or that situation, how you then got out of it. Meditative practices (for example, yoga) will help to achieve spiritual balance . Remember that your body knows for itself what it takes to fight against stress successfully.

9. Be sure to leave the city at least once a year! Sea, trekking in the mountains, a trip to the North Pole, to another country or at least to the village to your grandmother will help you get out of the quagmire of stress and make life brighter and more interesting.

Remember that there are no desperate situations. Managing stress is available to everyone. If you can not somehow change the situation and circumstances, change your attitude towards them. Treat everything with humor - and then success and good mood will always be with you!
