Without a quality and reliable foundation, it is impossible to build an equally high-quality and reliable building. And the brand of concrete for the ribbon foundation is absolutely crucial in the characteristics of the future house.

It is the concrete that holds the leading positions in the construction industry, and this primacy has been steadily strengthening since the days of Ancient Rome. Using it, humanity has passed from the construction of temples and aqueducts (which are still in use) to the construction of runways and cosmodromes. It should be noted that in construction is used not just one brand of concrete for the ribbon foundation: in special laboratories thousands of varieties of this wonderful material were created, each of which has a strictly defined purpose.

That is why before starting construction, the first thing to find out is not only the amount of material required, but also its type. But if you made a decision on an independent construction, you will have to decide this question, otherwise you will find yourself in front of a pile of unused concrete.

In the case of a self-made mortar, it must be remembered that its quality is significantly influenced not only by the cement used, but also by the filler. Rubble, gravel and sand should be ordered only from trusted suppliers, because otherwise you can expect an unpleasant surprise in the form of a heap of impurities, which have the most negative impact on the strength of the finished building.

If you precisely observe the ratio of all elements, the concrete will be strong, resistant to the effects of adverse environmental factors. Among other things, quality material will eventually become stronger with time. Note that the ideal composition for the first time can be prepared only by a professional builder, and you will not be prevented from doing a trial batch. Any brand of concrete under the ribbon foundation finally seizes in about 27-28 days.
