Business etiquette is a set of rules that regulate the behavior of a person in public places, determine the level of his communication and culture in interaction with others, manners of behavior, politeness, treatment, greetings and the ability to dress.

No company or firm can succeed if it does not have staffed staff that will differ not only in the high level of professionalism but also in good upbringing and in the ability to behave with dignity in the environment of clients and business partners. Kind human relations are based on trust, delicacy, courtesy and respect. Business etiquette is very important.

Roughness, tactlessness, demonstrative cordiality, outright disrespect for the personality of another person, which are observed in life, are determined by the insufficient level of upbringing and culture. In a highly developed society such personal qualities as modesty, tactfulness, ability to control one's actions and attentive attitude towards others are valued. Signs of bad manners include tactlessness, rudeness, sycophancy, hypocrisy, cheekiness, deceit, condescending attitude towards others, disparaging attitude to the interests and opinions of others, imposing their will and desires, insults and many other negative emotions that are considered immoral in a sociocultural society.

A high level of human culture is determined by honesty, sincerity, justice, the ability to support in the team the spirit of support, fellowship and mutual assistance.

An important part of business etiquette are greetings and addresses. In different countries these forms of etiquette differ from each other, because they depend on cultural traditions, customs, rituals and customs, which are characteristic of this or that ethnos. The features of international etiquette extend to business etiquette in Russia.
