Plot

Mankind has plunged into internecine wars. 15 years after the catastrophe, life begins to rebuild, but a new threat appears - the Angels are attacking the Earth. And not everyone can oppose them.

To fight the invaders in the secret laboratories of Tokyo-3 - the city-fortress and the main base of the company Nerv - weapons are created that can resist the angels. This is the fighting robots of the Evangelion, or, as they are also called, Eve. However, not everyone can become a pilot of biomachines. Only some 14-year-old teenagers are able to establish contact with Eva.

The protagonist of the anime series did not even suspect such abilities when he arrived in Tokyo-3 at the request of his father. As well as did not guess that he would become a pilot of Eva-01 and completely forget about the habitual measured life for the benefit of all mankind.
