In 1985, Akbulatov Edham went to the capital to improve his skills. For this he enters the post-graduate course of the Moscow Engineering and Technical Institute. And only after receiving a diploma, he goes back to KISI, where he goes a long way from a simple assistant to the assistant professor of the department.

Therefore it is not surprising that in January 2010 Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev appoints Edkham Akbulatov as the provisional governor of the region. Mayor's chair

Secondly, Edkham Akbulatov is the main initiator of the city greening project. In his plans - to plant about 1 million trees in the streets of Krasnoyarsk (this figure is symbolic, since under his rule the city will receive the title "millionaire"). In addition, the budget provides for the reconstruction of old courtyards and parks.
