  • Kefir 2% fat content - 300 ml;
  • Granulated sugar - 1.2 cups;
  • Iodized salt - pinch;
  • Black raisins without pips - 200 g;
  • Margarine cream - 240 g;
  • Eggs chicken medium - 3 pcs .;
  • Soda food and apple cider vinegar - per ½ small spoon;
  • Wheat flour - 3-5 glasses (at personal discretion);
  • Vegetable oil - 60 ml (for lubricating the mold).

Dough preparation process
