5 things you should not do in social networks

Hanging in "Classmates" or on "Facebook", many people do not think about the rules that exist as an obligatory rate of communication regardless of its form. And at the same time, social networks are also a community in which behavioral norms exist. Most of the population spends a significant amount of their leisure time in the virtual world (and sometimes working hours, if the bosses are loyal or inattentive). Despite the general similarity of the ethics of communication on the Internet with the ethics of ordinary communication (that is, "live"), there is a difference due to certain limitations. The interlocutors separate the screen from each other, and sometimes even many kilometers (or thousands and even tens of thousands). What can be said at a personal meeting, and it will look quite normal, is perceived in a completely different way in printed form. Conversely, many aspects of electronic epistolary communication are completely unacceptable when talking face to face.

Rules of conduct on a particular site usually establishes a moderator, he also imposes sanctions for their violation, removing and blocking users in case of their special unbridled. Sophisticated hamers are able to bypass these unwritten laws, but universal have not yet come up. Below are five rules, compliance is desirable, and not even because they can block, but out of simple courtesy to others. No matter how advanced modern technologies are, and good breeding is always in price.

So, cultural people should not:

1. Show off things to get approval

Buying something necessary or not (car, costume, shoes, watch), do not focus on these items, creating posts. Among friends and friends there are people of different levels of material security, and, probably, not everyone can afford expensive things. If they see the real rich, they are unlikely to cause him admiration.

2. Exaggerate your social status

Spreading a randomly made photo of yourself (a loved one) in the company with a prominent businessman, artist or politician, you can mislead many, only the prosecution from this will be not enough. Someone will think that his friend really "revolves in circles" and will have, incidentally, the moral right to seek assistance in solving a complex everyday problem. As they say, "he called himself a pancake ..."

3. Show aggression

You should not be rude even to those whose views are diametrically opposed to yours. In the end, everyone has the right to respect for one's own opinion (no matter how stupid it may be, as skeptical skeptics add), as well as on its utterance. In addition, the insult is a bad substitute for the reasoned position, it only indicates the extremely low level of the behavioral culture of the cussing user. However, all this is clever to people and so it is clear, and it's useless to explain to fools anyway.

4. Create a false image of yourself

In social networks, this is not difficult. The temptation to lie to oneself (usually to exaggerate its merits) visits people often, but in this case one has to reconcile with the idea that communication will remain virtual, otherwise exposure will inevitably happen. Presenting information is more truthful, and if you really want to look more beautiful, you can choose the most successful photo, concentrate on positive aspects, and discreetly keep silent about shortcomings.

5. Pursue the "former"

If people leave, then so is fate. To look for meetings, to watch at the entrance, to bother with calls and, in general, to show a desire to restore relationships is not necessary, useless and even harmful, you can only spoil the memories even of the good that was. The same rule applies to the Internet space. Muscular importunity does not color neither men nor women and, except for vexation, will not cause any emotion.
