Principle of operation of the cooler

What does air conditioning consist of?

The throttle (it's such a valve) serves as a regulator of the cooling intensity, it is often coupled with an automated control circuit that receives information from the sensor. It compares the preset and actual temperature and produces a control action, expressed by opening or closing the throttle. That's all.

The most common failure

The most common reason that the air conditioner does not cool well (or in general drives warm air, becoming suddenly an ordinary fan) is a leak of coolant. It is expressed in violation of the integrity of the closed loop, through which the inert gas circulates, becoming liquid in the condenser. Actually, nothing is perfect in nature, and sooner or later this happens. In this situation, it is almost impossible to cope with the task independently. For refueling Freon need: special equipment, a gas tank, as well as the skills to fill it with the system. In addition, most likely, you need to determine the location of the leak (somewhere the coolant has evaporated), otherwise the procedure will have to be repeated soon.

Other causes of ineffective work

The air filter is very important in the operation of the microclimate system. If it hovers, then not only does the air conditioner do not cool, there is a danger of contracting some dangerous virus. Bacilli in the filter accumulates a lot, they fall into the air, which inhale the inhabitants of the room. You can change this consumable item yourself.

There is also a hydrostatic shock that breaks down the system. This happens when trying to turn on the device at a very low temperature (which is generally meaningless). In very hot weather, some motorists complain that the air conditioner in the car does not cool the air. In this case, there is no need to rush to SRT, but simple rules should be followed.

First, it is best to leave your "iron horse" in the shade or close the windshield with foil blinds. If the air in the cabin is still too hot, do not immediately turn on the air conditioner. He does not warm, perhaps because he just needs time to come to working condition. A dozen kilometers "with a breeze" will cool off excessive fervor, and he will rejoice with freshness.

Secondly, the air conditioner does not need to be immediately "cut to the full", start better with the smallest position of the regulator to give the device gradually "disperse".
