A visa to Egypt for citizens of Kazakhstan, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Moldova and Uzbekistan is issued at the consulate of Egypt. Upon arrival, a visa is not issued. In addition, citizens of Uzbekistan and Belarus must have in their passports a stamp of the Ministry of Internal Affairs permitting travel abroad.
