Rybak Vladimir Vasilyevich is an active public and party figure, a politician who acted not only in Ukraine, but also in Russia. Known as chairman of the Party of Regions. Later, for two years, he was the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Biography

Rybak V.V. Was born on the third of October of the first post-war severe year. In that 1946, when a politician was born, the situation in his native city of Donetsk, like, perhaps, throughout the country, was severe. Little is known about the parents of this politician. So, his father was a native Ukrainian, but this fact did not have a big impact on Vladimir Rybak, as he not only did not know the Ukrainian language, but also with difficulty mastered it already in adulthood. But the politician in Ukraine had to speak in his native tongue.

In 1961 Vladimir Rybak, having passed school examinations, enters the construction technical school of the city of Yasinovataya, which ends in 1963. And after two years goes to serve in the army. The young man gets to the Moscow District, which will later be remembered with warmth and respect.

In 1968, right after returning from the ranks of the Soviet Army, Rybak Vladimir Vasilievich entered the state university of Donetsk, choosing an economic department. He studied successfully, and five years later graduated from the faculty.

Start of work

Political activity

Since the beginning of 1976, Rybak V.V. Becomes not only an active member of the Communist Party, but also appointed head of the party commission of one of the district departments of Donetsk. For four years of work, Vladimir Vasilievich showed himself as a responsible and professional worker. This contributed to the fact that he was soon sent to study at the Higher Party School attached to the Central Committee of the Communist Party. This allowed him to continue to move along the party line.

After that, Rybak Vladimir Vasilievich was able to advance through the ranks and began to occupy higher and prestigious positions. So, he was immediately appointed instructor of the regional party committee. And exactly one year later he becomes secretary of the Kiev regional organization of the city of Donetsk. The work so enthralled him that in this position he stayed for five years. And only in 1988 a new appointment - the head of the Kiev district council.

In the same 1988 he began to work in the district executive committee, which soon headed. And only in 1992 Vladimir Vasilievich became deputy head of the executive committee of the Donetsk city council.

In 1993, Vladimir Vasilyevich appointed mayor of a large and beautiful Donetsk. And at the same time, he becomes chairman of the local council of a developing metropolis. But still, most of the reviews of ordinary people in the city are positive.

He was the head of Donetsk until the middle of spring 2002. At the same time, he combined work with the deputy of the regional council. In 1994, Vladimir Vasilyevich was elected deputy chairman of the regional council. This allowed him to become one of the founders of the Party of Regions, which was established in 1997. This helped Vladimir Rybak not only participate in the election campaign, but also to get to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Since 2003, he heads the party cell of Donetsk.

Since 2006, Vladimir Rybak has been appointed vice-premier in the government. But in 2014, when Yanukovich was removed from power, Vladimir Vasilyevich filed a resignation petition, which was adopted and approved by a majority vote. More Vladimir Vasilievich tried not to participate in politics.

Scientific activity

In this happy union there were two children: Alexander and Natalia. The son also followed in the footsteps of his father and is a popular political figure in Kiev. The daughter chose work in the banking sector.

His favorite pastime is playing ping-pong. In one of the interviews he talked about how he played tennis well in his youth and even had the title of candidate for master of sports in this form.
